I had no idea since it was gifted to me only few years back. I can only figure that maybe it had been re-gifted to me because it hadn't been 7 years...I guess that's not the fault of Madison Esthetique. The young lady at the front desk took the time to write "expired" on the card. Maybe it would be a good idea to write when it will be expired when the card is first purchased. I don't like and I don't support businesses that do this 7 years expiration date BS on their gift cards. It says to me they don't care about the clients and don't stand behind their business. When I got to the office, I was in the waiting room waiting for my appt and several of the girls were whispering about a client that was there in an exam room. I could clearly here what they were saying and I thought it was very unprofessional and not kind, honestly. Once I was able to talk to someone, I was told that they no longer do the procedure that I was interested in and that they haven't done it in a very long time. Not cool. Anywho, I listened to their pitch about all the other products they sell and procedures they do and then it's time to meet the doctor. The doctor told me that my face could be offensive to people because I have a natural frown. She even went so far as to tell me that I could probably have better relationships with people if I let her fix my frown. Needless to say, I will not be going back nor will I be recommending this office to anyone. That office really needs to work on their delivery.

She adjusted the pressure to exactly what I wanted, used hot stone, stretching, and literally put her whole body into it! It was a 90 minute message and would definitely do it again! It was amazing!! Pam did my facial and did a wonderful job! She patiently cleaned out my pores and while she was hydrating my face she did a wonderful hand, arm and neck message! I am so thrilled with the results. I did not use any numbing pre-treatment and the recovery process was only a few days. I had to travel to three different conferences the following week after treatment and I was able to present without any issues. Dr. Shanthala is an incredible doctor, and I would get laser treatment with the Ultraclear laser and Lasercoring again. All the treatments Dr. Shanthala offers are amazing. Now, just over one and half weeks out from my initial visit, I couldn't be happier with the results. My skin looks great, and the treatment areas look youthful and natural.

The injection process itself was almost completely painless--the first time I can say that of fillers!--and I'm so pleased with how my face looks. I wasn't the easiest client, either; I'm twitchy and annoying to inject, and my reactive, sensitive skin had an unexpected allergic reaction to the cleanser Michelle used on my face (which she only used so extensively because I came in with foundation on, against their instructions).
