Not only did She detect issues that the doctors were not pointing out, Brittany was able to come up with effective solutions to soothe or make the problems go away completely. Unfairly she wasn't able to begin working on my broken foot until months after my crucial injury. I'm sure if she was my first P.T we would have definitely had better results and understanding about the real problems sooner. Overall Brittany's professionalism even rubs off on her interns who I thought already graduated and were working as full time P.Ts. In addition I want to thank the staff and Interns who I had the pleasure of meeting during my time there. Amanda who eventually took on the role of treating me as an intern during my second term in 2024. Michelle, Rachel Samse, Kevin Myren, Mat P, Chris M, Victoria T, Kaitlyn W, and Rudy the Dog. Thank you all for your support and service.

Most of my experience over the years is with Al Visnick but I've also seen Judy & Todd who are fantastic too. Most recently they weren't under my insurance but I went there out of pocket anyway because I don't trust anyone but Al Visnick to work on my spine. I have chronic issues with my spine and neck, exacerbated by my profession. Among his many talents, Al is an expert on the spine. Not only did he completely adjust my thoracic spine and neck to be better than ever, but he trained me to change my working environment and setup as well as my postural habits to the point where my chronic pain has essentially disappeared so long as I follow his advice. And because of the great work he did on my neck and spine, along with the simple at-home exercises he taught me to maintain it, I am able to very quickly get back to being pain free if I ever slip back into old habits. He's taught me to manage this essential part of my life so that I can work longer and more productively without any pain. I am forever grateful to him for this as I'd not be able to do my job without it. In addition to Al being a miracle worker, there's Todd, who is meticulous and amazing. My husband went to him for his chronic back issues. He used to regularly throw his back out and suffer a lot each time, but not only did Todd fix it every time, he taught my husband how to avoid re-injuring himself, as well as how to do maintenance and recovery exercises and stretched at home to the point that my husband hasn't had to go in for many years now. I've also gone to Judy a few times and find her extremely helpful not just for the physical therapy but also for her attentiveness, the questions she asks, and the incredible advice she gives. She had a gift for honing in on things you should be doing differently to reduce chronic pain, so even one session with her is really helpful.

The therapists there were very indifferent and were lack of compassion for what they were doing. One time, I worked with the site manager that I did not know until later. She had her hands in her pockets the whole time. She gave me instructions as if i were not a person let alone a patient to her. She stood there with slouched back, very unpleasant. Considering I had aches and pains and also I was very anxious about my physical health, her presence was just very depressing. Their service is not worthy of my $35 copayment, let alone the total of $374.96 including the payment from my insurance. I would not recommend anyone to go to ATI. Thumbs down

Heard good things about this place, and my 1st full PT session here was great, but after that…read morethings went downhill & stayed there. Ended up seeing 6 therapists in less than 2 months, not by my choice. I routinely showed up to see one therapist and was given another therapist, even when the therapist I was supposed to see was there working w/ other patients the entire time. More than once, I was handed off to a new therapist in the middle of a PT session w/ no explanation. The last time, the therapist who randomly stopped mid-session spent the rest of my session (about 25 minutes) chatting/laughing with another patient, then another therapist, and sporadically typing on her laptop, none of which seemed like a good reason to quit mid-session. With another therapist, I ended up on my cell phone (or watching other patients on theirs) while we waited for him to get back to us. He was trying so hard, I felt bad for him, but he literally had 4 patients booked at the same or overlapping times! The only explanation I ever got for any of this (and I had to ask, they don't volunteer any info) was it's routine to book multiple patients at once. Two patients at the same time seems ok, but who can effectively juggle four at once? It's no wonder that with all this changeover, I wasn't getting much out of PT. When I'd had enough and called to cancel my future sessions, I was put on the phone w/ my "original" (actually 2nd) therapist who told me ATI policy is a maximum of 2 therapists per patient. Ok, but then why did she say nothing that morning when I walked in to see her again, she pointed me to another therapist (2nd one that morning), then she saw another therapist (3rd one) step in to finish my PT? Why'd she sound so surprised on the phone when I said I'd seen too many therapists? She's not a bad person or therapist, but no one at ATI seems to be in charge of making sure patients receive decent or consistent care. Maybe ATI is having staffing issues, but that's still no excuse for such poor communication and patient management. It's just rude and disrespectful to never give ANY explanation for last minute changes. Not before, not during, and not even after several appointments like this. I had high hopes for ATI, but agree with Cheryl C.'s review from Aug 2019. It's been 5 years and it feels like things have only gotten worse. I will not be going back.

Steve and his team are very knowledgeable, compassionate and made you feel at home. I never minded going to PT even though they gave me a work out. I will never go anywhere else. After 3X's/week for 6 weeks, I am back to normal again. I implore anyone looking for PT facility to go to HDPT, you will not regret it. However they managed the continuity of care surprisingly well and I noticed that after a while my appointments honed in on mostly 2 main therapists. I could always request just one but since they're so good at communicating I found it so much easier to have two options for easy scheduling. Another advantage is that you can try them all and find the best fit (though all are great!) I ended up in somewhat of a routine and am happy to say that they taught me everything I needed to know to keep up the exercises for management of my osteoarthritic knees at home now, and they completely cured my plantar fasciitis, plus Scott, who I really appreciated a ton for his great advice on many topics, convinced me to go to a sneaker place called Marathon where they evaluate your feet and give you just the right inserts and sneakers. My entire set of 20+ yrs of problems with feet disappeared ever since. Every person there is kind and has a great sense of humor. They maintain a great upbeat and interactive atmosphere. I am all set now with home care based on what they taught me but I'd go back in a heartbeat if I needed PT for anything else. The people I saw the most were Glen (owner) and Scott, but I also had the pleasure of being treated by Michelle, Mark, Katy and Shawn. Each one of them had a lot to offer! By the way the setup of their place is really great. Instead of floor exercises they have these raised platforms down the center of the room that are essentially raised workout matts. I felt a lot more comfortable there than on the floor in other places I've gone to. And they keep the surface of it very clean. They also have various strength bungies attached to the wall that you use via. harness around your waist to walk away from and to it for resistance training of your front and back side muscles. They have just the right amount of equipment for everything you need and it's easy to duplicate at home. I actually miss them but I'm so glad I'm better now! Thank you for all of them!
