At the beginning of the session, Nada asked about my areas of concern, and I explained that my back, shoulders, and neck were very tight from working out. Throughout the 90-minute session, those problem areas were never effectively addressed. In fact, I left feeling just as tight and knotted as when I arrived. I genuinely felt that Nada lacked the skill and technique necessary to perform an effective deep tissue massage. Beyond not addressing my muscle tension, there were several aspects of the experience that were concerning. His hands were uncomfortable, possibly due to rings or long nails, his movements were abrupt and jolting at times, and the overall massage lacked the professionalism and massage etiquette I have come to expect. I seriously considered ending the session halfway through, but I remained hopeful that the massage would improve and that my areas of concern would eventually be addressed. Unfortunately, that never happened. When the session ended, Nada was nowhere to be found, so I did not have the opportunity to speak with him before leaving. I felt it was important to share this feedback because the experience was so far below the standard I have come to expect from Hand & Stone. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this further, as I am extremely disappointed with my visit, so I emailed the manager at Hand and Stone and received no response. I do not recommend Bedford Ma Hand and Stone.
