Massage therapy is not a "one size, fits all T-shirt", it needs to be customized to the patient's problems and needs. I highly recommend Steve, specially if you have pain or a specific problem. He also gives the best soothing overall massage to relax you.

I'm a yoga instructor for over 11 years which is only to add that I have a descent understanding of the body and the areas that hold tension. I feel so lucky that following reviews and my intuition I made an appointment with Tom! Oh boy! He may easily be the best professional in body work I've met in all this time! First: his office- even though a bit tricky to find the first time- is calm and clean. It's located inside a building which has paid parking in the back or a few spots covered and free underneath. Second: His demeanor is welcoming, relaxing, kind and he never seems to be in a rush. ( he constantly extends the massage for an extra 10 or 15 min) Tom has a rare thing to find: expertise and intuition. And both in big amounts! Even when I don't say much about a problematic area he somehow finds it and works diligently to unstuck it. I confess I tend to fall asleep and this is a big indicator for how much I trust his work. I've been going once a month for what in a few months will be one year. I look forward to getting my massage big time every session I schedule. Price is very fair for what you get and he's always grateful for any tip you add. I'm so excited to have found my to go person for massage therapy. He works with a combination of deep tissue, craneo sacral and his own way to follow the muscle trains to release discomfort. Highly recommended of course!

My husband and I have been getting massages from Erik for several years now, and I can say without…read morereservation that he is the best the is. I've been to a lot of spas, a lot of fancy hotels, and I've never had body work that makes me feel as healthy as I do after a session with Erik. He is a great communicator and listener--he starts every session not on the table, but sitting in chairs, asking questions about how your body is feeling so that he can understand what needs attention, and how to design the session. I love the fact that it's never the same experience twice--he really does construct a unique session each and every time. His is not a "spa" location--so if you're looking for a sauna and steam room, or an expensive line of lotions and potions, this is not the place for you. But if you want a massage that inevitably leaves you feeling a couple of inches taller at the end, then run don't walk to Erik's table.

Muscle tension was setting off migraines/dizziness and between migraines I had a constant throbbing in my right temple and jaw from referred pain. My right shoulder blade ached and my upper back was tender to the touch. Exercise/heat was giving me temporary relief but the pain would return as soon as I stopped. Erik got me in last minute on a Saturday and used his expertise to work magic. I felt my head and jaw pain melt away. My shoulder tension released and the spots that were initially exquisitely tender to the touch became less sensitive. You can feel that Erik has a skilled touch, firm pressure that works its way along the path of the muscle giving it time to release. This is not just someone dropping an elbow into your back to cause pain. When I woke up this morning for the first time in a week not in pain I thought "Erik is my hero...I must write a review".

I've had problems with my shoulder for years and Mihail went right to work with trigger point therapy along with massage and stretching. I was not looking for a relaxing spa like massage, but therapy, and I found it. He really knows so much about anatomy and where to find the problem areas. He is also not afraid to touch and find those pesky spots in areas that other therapists will not even approach (like pecs in the chest area or underarm for example) this is always done after checking with me and making sure it's ok. I never felt uncomfortable. I had multiple sessions and I'm slowly feeling an improvement. He also did cupping, a therapy where he applies suction cups to the skin for a few minutes. It is not a comfortable feeling, but afterwards, it was so much better, I had a whole new range of motion! Don't be afraid to give it a try. As many others said, he also gave me homework, exercises and stretches to do by myself. I would highly recommend Rosca Therapeutic Massage and the cost is worth way more than all the doctors that just want to give me injections. Thank you!

Friday night at 6:30 we went to the spa, kind of dejected and expecting disappointment. Well...WE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE WRONG! Upon arrival, we were pleasantly greeted and directed to have a seat in a very comfortable waiting area. Within minutes we were taken to the massage room. The door opened into a clean and inviting area, where soft piano music and wonderful warmth filled the room. When we were ready, two ladies came in, and without any words just started working on us. As strong, yet gentle massaging began on my back, I began to relax. There was no chit-chatting going on between the women. They were completely focused on us. The only sound in the room was the peaceful music. Eventually some warm oil massage was done, and I think I felt a hot stone gliding up and down my back, which felt amazing! Hot towels were a nice surprise, too. In addition to massage, gentle stretching was directed to my back, arms and legs. I am 62, overweight, and out-of-shape, and yet I felt at ease as muscles I probably never use were being twisted and pulled and rubbed. I honestly felt like I was being worked on by a machine. I didn't feel hands or elbows pushing at me...everything felt like a smooth, warm roller gliding over my skin. The masseuse did not neglect my ankles or feet, and it all finally ended with a bit of attention and pressure to my forehead. We had been treated to a solid hour of heaven, peace, and comfort, and we were so completely relaxed. How relaxed? We could barely get ourselves dressed and I refused to even attempt to get my bra back on. We felt wonderful - like stoned noodles leaving the room. Anna and Paule had been our masseuses, and both my husband and I were beyond satisfied with their attentive massages. For the rest of the evening both of us were just useless haha. And here is the best testimonial Sea Spa will probably ever get: After arriving home, I found my big bull of a husband crashed out on the sofa.....on a Friday night.....watching..... a Hallmark channel Christmas movie! As for me, I will have to return to Sea Spa to retrieve my forgotten bra. Bottom line: This was a wonderful experience that we will definitely treat ourselves to again. :)
