We had Mass Mobile Massage come to our office for a full day of 15‑minute chair massages, and they were fantastic from start to finish. The team was incredibly professional, punctual, and easy to work with, and their communication leading up to the event made everything seamless. The massages themselves were wonderful--employees were relaxed, happy, and genuinely impressed. I consistently heard people asking when they were coming back before the day was even over, which says it all. I wouldn't hesitate to book them again and highly recommend them for any workplace wellness event. read more

We hired Mass Mobile Massage to come in and deliver 15-minute chair massages as part of our Employee Appreciation Day, and it was a big hit! It was quick and easy to book, and they followed up promptly to gauge our satisfaction. All of our employees who participated loved it. Katie was incredible! She professionally handled everything from neck & shoulders to a pulled Achilles. We will definitely be having MMM and Katie in particular back. I highly recommend this service and have already forwarded their information to several other companies that I work with. read more

When CoupMe landed a promo with Mass Mobile Massage, I really couldn't turn down a 60 minute massage for $50...in my own home! I didn't really consider the logistics of how a massage that comes to me would work, but scheduling was no problem. I wanted a massage on a couple of specific days, and Houston got back to me in a timely manner with available times. He was flexible when I needed to reschedule and gave appropriate notice. On the day of my massage, I got a call from my therapist, Linda, who asked if there was parking at my apartment and said she'd be arriving 15 minutes early. I appreciated the head's up, but she actually arrived just on time for my 7 pm appointment. I didn't really mind, but I did notice she was packing up her equipment at 8:03, so I didn't quite get a full 60 minutes of massage goodness. Anyway, the therapists show up with a huge bag housing your table, sheets, and a CD player for the requisite calming music. She had some great hot oil as well(and asked me first if using it was okay). The massage itself was good, although I would have preferred if she'd asked me some logistical questions(i.e., did I want a full body massage or for her to focus solely on my back) at the beginning of our session, instead of about midway through, which interrupted my zen moment a bit. She also made conversation as she worked on my arms (since I was lying face-up, I'd assume), which I didn't really mind, but again kind of killed the total meditation aspect. She was super sweet, though, and pretty good at what she does. I was surprised to feel loose but not sore the next day--- usually, when I get a massage, I'm a bit sore since my muscles are super messed up. I felt pretty great. I think I'm more into going to a spa for a massage, because the vibe is just more relaxing. It was nice not having to leave my house, but I also have a super cold room, and since I have hardwood floors, the sound of my masseuse's feet walking around the table was distracting. Neither of these are criticisms on the service, just something to keep in mind if you go with a mobile massage company: it works best if you have a relaxing, comfortable room to have it in. All in all, it's a cool service, and is run very well. read more

My husband and I had our last massages from a gift certificate and we will definitely be booking more on our own! Vitaly was wonderful! Today was my first experience with MMM. Booking was very simple online, however I had specific questions regarding my partners current physical state and wanted to ensure a massage therapist would be comfortable working on him. Katie did such an amazing job, she was very kind but also knowledgeable and an overall skilled massage therapist. We will definitely work with MMM and will request to have Katie with us again. I found Mass Mobile Massage because turning my head, even trying to sleep on my back caused me intense discomfort. I received a response shortly after reaching out and booked an appointment, right away. (Don't press your luck though, I might have just gotten lucky.) Dan arrived promptly and was warm and courteous. He set up, I settled in, and he got right to work. The first thing that came to my mind when he started is "his touch feels like love" and like love, it was firm, gentle, and sometimes tough. He was able to find where things weren't quite right and give them just enough love to give me relief. I'm writing this review moments after my therapy has ended and I can now turn my head! Even though I feel loads better, I'm heeding Dan's advice to take it easy. I'll hope to work with Dan the next time I'm in town. Thank you Mass Mobile Massage! read more

An amazing massage in my living room? Um - could life get better? I purchased a Groupon here and had no intention of using the service beyond my 1 massage - but my experience was so amazing, I may have to become a member and commit to 1x/month massages. For 79- - that's an amazing deal. But let's get back to the massage. Honestly I had no idea what to expect - I'm a massage whore, so I'm pretty well-versed in the ongoings of massages, but in my house? Huh? Do I change into a robe? Introduce my cats? Put on music? No clue. My therapist was Cynthia, she called to confirm, arrived on time, and set up a table and some music. I asked her what to do and she advised - whatever I feel like. I wound up putting on a robe, allowed the cats to introduce themselves, and left the music up to her. The massage was GREAT. And, again, I'm a massage whore. I'm picky and like DEEP, and no time wasting (i.e. - just shoulders and back!). She listened to me, did what I asked, and went into way deep tissue mode. For some, it may have been painful (at which point - speak up) - for me, I love it. The hour passed blissfully, my muscles thanked me and begged for more, and then - I hopped off the table, back in my robe - and didn't have to go anywhere! I mean - does life get better? There were a few drawbacks - but honestly, nothing that I minded - I tend to feel that the best massages are not at the fancy expensive spas, instead, are at more affordable, less ritzy places. This was no ritz, the table was not the most comfortable (don't get me wrong - perfectly fine, but felt a bit unstable in spots and not as warm as it normally gets). One sort of funny thing was the music - I don't know if Cynthia had it set to a station that she normally uses, and it was kind of off even for her, but it was VERY random (to the point where it started talking about the Constitution). Honestly, I thought that was funny and Cynthia and laughed about it - but if you're picky about such things, you may want to have your own music ready. To me, a deep massage is way more important than anything else. I also have to mention, as a business owner, I was very impressed with Cynthia's professionalism, and Houston's marketing and follow up. Neither were pushy but both told me of the specials they run, they did a great job of walking the line of being informative, and an aggressive sales pitch. The confirmations and follow up were great - again, not pushy, but efficient. I can appreciate that, and how challenging that line can be. HIGHLY recommend. read more

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The therapist showed up at the wrong address, did not contact with the phone number provided, and then, when I finally called the main office, said they would only be able to perform half of the massage. This company also called me back on my personal phone number after posting this review and verbally assaulted my personal character. read more

i recieved a one hour in-home massage as a gift from the bf, here's what i have to say about it! Glenda was incredibly professional yet pleasant and was a very great massage therapist. i actually think i can say that so far it's the massage experience i've been most pleased with. she setup quickly and efficiently, was fully prepared, and the massage itself was fantastic. she hit all the right spots and paid attention to my limbs in a way that didnt feel like my arms and legs were just an afterthought. my main issue is always my back and shoulders- which she did superbly; she was able to pinpoint my trouble areas and pay extra attention. i usually dont expect much on the limbs and since i dont tend to have any issues thats not a concern for me- but i was so pleasantly surprised by the attention she paid and actually felt really good about my arms and legs afterwards! read more

I had my first massage this weekend. Having never had an in-home massage, I was very excited about it as a real "luxury"! Alex came with his table, sheets, lotion, and even his own MUSIC! Pretty incredible! He got set up and I had a 90 minute session. He was terrific and it was a very relaxing massage. He was very professional, asked many questions before our session and was very committed to making sure that I had the best session. I would highly recommend this service to anyone interested in a new type of massage experience. The great part is that you're already home so once the massage is over, you can glean all the benefits of not having to commute home following your session. Highly recommended! read more

Mass Mobile Massage - So relaxed! Great bachelorette idea for anyone!!! - Massage Therapy Near Me

I got a Buywithme coupon for a massage. It was $40 for 60 minute deep tissue or Swedish massage. Being a massage junkie, and learning they come to your home, of course I bought it. Scheduling was pretty simple and fast. Houston, the owner I think it is, gives you some appointment times a massage therapist is available. I requested a women because I feel more comfortable with a women massaging me in general, and also it was in my own home. He told me Gelinda would be coming to my house. Gelinda was really nice. I felt bad that she had to carry a giant massage table and all her items up a flight of stairs and showing up at my door. She was very prompt and very nice. She brought her own music and all the creams and oils...she even asked if I wanted cream or oil, which nobody has ever asked me before. But in terms of the massage itself, it really wasn't hard enough of a pressure for me. I told her I liked hard pressure but it was a bit meek for my taste. I liked some of her techniques, but I felt like she didn't really know where my sore/tight spots were. I have had MANY deep tissue massages, and that one was definitely not deep. It was just okay. If you were just getting a massage for relaxation or somebody just rubbing you for feeling good, then it's fine, but I am more particular about what I want and I feel like a really experienced massage therapist would know. It was definitely nice to have somebody just show up at your door though. read more

I've been using mass mobile for almost a year and really can recommend them very highly. I have a back injury but the therapists really know how to treat it and it has helped as a means of pain prevention and cure. There is always someone available even at short notice and it's very relaxing having it at home. read more

Mass Mobile saved my holiday season. My office gets ridiculous this time of year, and we all needed massages. After trying unsuccessfully to get a masseuse from DTX to come over, I called Mass Mobile and they answered my prayers. Not only were their rates competitive ($100/hr for chair massages), they made it very easy to schedule and give them feedback on what we wanted - as long as we kept the overall time the same, they were willing to break it up however we wanted. The masseur himself was great, coming on time, being quick with setup and bringing music, keeping to our timetable so we didn't have to worry about missing our next meeting. We all felt really comfortable with him, and everyone got the massage they wanted, whether that was harder or more gentle. At the end, the owner called me so I could follow up with a credit card tip, as I had asked him about earlier. It was super convenient. This is going to be a staple of our office's holiday plans - you should add it to yours, too! read more

I am a new user of Mass Mobile Massage and I love it! Customer Service: I scheduled my massage with them, but 2 days before had a death in the family; they were super accommodating about rescheduling (I called them in advance of the 24 hour window) and sent me an email confirmation of my new appointment. The masseuse: I had a wonderful 1-hour massage with Jane. She was friendly and did a great job - I loved that when I was done, I could put on a robe and sit on my own couch at home. This is a great service if you're not looking to pay a premium for a massage at a Hotel Spa - I personally loved the privacy of being in my own home. Suggestion: if you live in the city without off-street parking, provide a lot of options for your masseuse. I gave mine 4 or 5 different streets with metered parking and she said it was really helpful. read more

This was exactly what I needed today! After finding Mass Mobile Massage I called around 11am and asked if there was any way they could squeeze me in for a massage (I'm currently undergoing chemo for leukemia and have small windows of opportunity where I can have one and today desperately needed it). The woman I talked to on the phone was sweet, walked me through everything, gave me the first time discount and found someone to come over today. I was very pleased with the overall organization and how accommodating they were. My massage therapist, Sinthia, showed up on time and with a big smile. Let me just say, best. massage. ever. I felt like she really listened to me when I told her what hurt the most and used the hour to really focus on those pain points. I felt very comfortable and so relaxed, I was so bummed when the hour was up. I was a little nervous about someone coming to my house but after this experience would definitely recommend Mass mobile. It was really nice to be able to relax in my home and not stress about the drive back. And on that note, I'm going to take a nap - all of this relaxing has made me tired. read more

I had an awesome experience with Mass Mobile Massage! My therapist arrived about 20 minutes early to set up. The massage equipment was clean and comfortable, complete with a heating blanket. My MT (Megan) constantly asked if I was comfortable and made adjustments for me (it was a prenatal massage). The oil that she used didn't make me feel greasy and like I needed to shower like some massage parlors. I will definitely be using them again in the VERY near future. Also, Houston is the BEST! read more

We were here visiting so while my wife was in her conference I took the risk of a mobile massage. I used the coupon offer on yelp and it was well worth the massage. One of the best massages I've had in a while. They called the day before to confirm they were able to book my massage the same day or the next day. He definitely knows the necessity and the anatomy of the body and the muscles that need to be manipulated, worked and massaged If you live in or around this area of Boston and Waltham you definitely should use Dave it for a massage therapist read more

The purchase and planning of an in-home massage was effortless. It started with a Groupon purchase and the completion of their online appointment request form. No paperwork, not even the printed out voucher was necessary. I was purchasing the massage as a surprise birthday gift for my boyfriend and was able to schedule for the weekend date that I wanted. On the day of the massage the therapist was running late due to traffic in Boston, but I received a call before the appointment to alert me and check that this was okay. Sinthia came in and promptly set up her table with a heated blanket, sheets, leg pillow, oils, and music. She was very friendly and easy going. I left my boyfriend to enjoy his 60 minute massage, and he reported that it was great! The convenience factor alone makes this a 5-star experience, the affordable price was a bonus. Now I want one! read more

It was an awesome massage! One of the best I've had. Wilson was very professional, had a wonderfully nurturing style, was incredibly sensitive (checking in periodically to make sure pressure, etc, was good and giving me warnings if a particular compression was going to be more intense), and clearly has a lot of talent (he isolated sore spots VERY skillfully). He also offered the extra bonus of going overtime and giving some suggestions for stretches. I'm a little sore today so I think the only thing I might have done differently is to have asked him to ease up on pressure at times, but he gave me ample opportunity to do so and I prefaced the massage telling him I could handle a lot of pressure, so this was clearly on me. I SO prefer too much rather than too little pressure, and this is what I got. This was my first experience with in-home massage, and it was fabulous! read more

I really enjoyed my experience with Mass Mobile Massage - they were incredibly flexible when it came to booking a time (and I had pretty tight time constraints), prompt at returning my emails, and pleasant to work with. The masseuse was also really knowledgable, came with all of her equipment, and really set a nice atmosphere in our living room. There is truly something to be said for getting an amazing massage and then afterwards, being able to quickly and easily climb into bed for a nap! Having a massage in your house also means you don't have to walk out in public with "massage head" - a head full of crazy greasy hair! read more

Mass Mobile Massage has been an absolute dream come true. For years, I have been promising myself monthly massages, as I am a very physical worker and a professional actress and have all sorts of aches and pains that creep up in the midst of my performances and the anxiety that sometimes surrounds them. When I first learned about Mass Mobile, I was approaching a milestone birthday and figured, now was as good a time as any to give it a try. The staff is always prompt to respond. Appointments are made easily with just a quick email (no annoying forms to fill out online) and the response is always personal. Both Houston and Fran have impeccable customer service skills and work to make their clients very satisfied happy. The therapists are wonderful. If you find one you like, you can request to see tem again and again, or you can try a set of new hands each time. In any event, Mass Mobile Massage has definitely helped to improve my general well being and I get the kinks worked out of my shoulders and back on a monthly basis as well. And the absolute best part: they come to me. I set the temperature in my home. I burn the candles I want to burn. I play my little Buddha machine for meditative sounds. I turn on and off the lights that I want. I never have to get into a boiling hot or a freezing cold car after a delightful massage. Instead, now I draw up a bath with some Epsom salts and essential oils and soak after the therapist leaves. It's amazing to know I have an evening each month devoted entirely to myself! read more

After reading about Mass Mobile in Boston Magazine - I decided to purchase a massage for my fiance for his birthday. Due to the number of hours he works it is very rare that he takes time to have a massage (we use to get them all the time) and Mass Mobile was a perfect solution since the therapist comes to your home. I was extremely happy with Mass Mobile and the therapist - she was so pleasant and nice (I wish I could remember her name to give a shout out)... and my fiance was thrilled and couldn't have been happier with his massage too. He stated that she had the perfect amount of deep pressure and was able to really work out most of his knots in his shoulders/back. He also stated that 90 minutes was the perfect amount of time since she was also able to massage other areas. Considering how crazy the driving is around here, it was especially nice to not have to drive after being completely relaxed. It made for a really nice and relaxing Sunday for him. Thanks again! read more
