I went here for like 6 years, my mom did too, and my friend. None of us agreed it was helpful in the slightest. Psychiatrists will try random meds and when I finally went somewhere else, my new doctor was pretty astonished by their practice. If you are a woman I highly recommend Women's Counseling of Nashua. They got me in quick and I love my provider. Edit: I wanted to add that Dr. Natalie was always very kind and supportive of me. Although my medications did not work for me, I believe she was trying her best. Never cancelled on me and always made time for me. I believe she is probably the best provider there if you choose to go. I do not fault her entirely because it is difficult to treat PTSD with medications and it is more so therapy based. But Dr. Kamireddi did not treat my friend with BPD nicely. And when my mom who was prescribed Adderall for her ADD (and was on it for years) met with her the first time she took away her prescription. So I would say go with Natalie if you do choose to go here.

Unfortunately, the person I had scheduled my appointment with was sick, so on the day of the appointment she called to inform me that one of her co-workers, Rosemarie, had agreed to see me. I had a little bit of a hard time sorting out where to park, because it was dark when I arrived - NOTE: there's parking all around the building. The building is an amazing historic site in Acton - can't miss it! I was a little concerned when I arrived - the bathroom and massage studio were chilly, but Rosemarie had a heater on that had already warmed up the room and the massage table was warmed with an infrared blanket, so I was nice and toasty. Rosemarie gave me a fabulous massage - combining what I would best describe as Swedish technique and Reiki ( I believe she's a Reiki master). The end result left me feeling more relaxed and far less stressed! Reading the reviews, it seems that Massage Sanctuary has an extraordinary group of talented therapists who genuinely put their clients needs first - and thank you so much to Rosemarie for making room in your busy schedule for my outstanding massage! xoxo

He set a plan in motion and said he'd be back for about 8 weeks every Wednesday. He then texted us the very following week that he had a fever and couldn't make it. This would've been understand if he didn't proceed to DISAPPEAR for 2 months without so much as a text or update. After I emailed and messaged again, he said "oh, I have an update" but proceeds to take days to tell me what the "update" is. Spoiler alert: the update was that they "finally had a person for us, and they will reach out soon..." and yet - surprise! - radio silence YET again. This company is an absolute joke, not at all reputable, and should be absolutely ashamed. The fact that the owner has kids and thinks this business practice - and how he runs it - would help ANY child is ridiculous. Question for you, Kevin: if your kids were being treated this way, consistently disregarded time and time again, ignored, made empty promises... would YOU write a nice review? There is absolutely no excuse for how you and your "business" have handled this. I wish I never wasted my time on this horrible place, and I'll be following up with the appropriate people so that they are held rightfully accountable. STAY FAR AWAY.
