When I first entered the treatment room, I was met with pleasant sounds and smells. Both Beth and the space were both so warm and welcoming. Beth explained what I might feel during the session and then proceeded to treat me for stress and back pain. The experience was something out of this world and something that I would DEFINITELY do again. It was probably more relaxing than a massage. The hour session that I received seemed like 5 minutes! It felt as though I had been asleep for about 8 hours, but I was awake with my eyes closed! I left the treatment feeling amazingly peaceful, in less pain, and no longer stressed. I plan to book another session soon. If you've never tried reiki, 7 On Centre & Beth should be the place as part of your wellness goals for 2018!

These "new age" type of spiritual journeys are certainly not for the skeptical or the faint of heart or those who put everything into question. It is not a psychiatric journey "tell me your problems" but an approach that fuses basic esoteric, metaphysical and transcendental of concepts with the goal of finding the "wisdom within". The office environment is soothing in of in itself (although not well insulated!). Harry is a charismatic and empathetic human with a gift of nurturing and understanding / respect for higher purpose. His job is to guide you through your journey into yourself. If you are a skeptic, don't bother, unless you have endured challenges that your engineering and pragmatic mind, thousands of dollars in counseling and meds have not solved. If you are a skeptic period, don't bother. Depending on the type of session, you have to be willing and open to allow yourself go, and face yourself. Self awareness and SELF HONESTY (don't try to bull yourself, it doesn't work) will really help move things along for you, smoothly. I highly recommend learning how to meditate or take meditation classes / workshops offered, in order to achieve the most benefit from the session - Im still a newbie, and I can't say it was easy, but my session was certainly interesting and unexpected (pleasantly so). You will be amazed at what a journey into yourself will reveal. Don't be too surprised when you hit your "AHA!" moment, a discovery that what you needed to get over whatever it is that is holding you back - has been inside you all the time! Pretty wild, but not easily achievable on ones own or masking with colored pills... If you have a hard time relaxing or meditating, you will not yield the benefit of the sessions. If you have tried other options and failed, it may be the time to break down the barriers to achieve your goals - Consider Harry your tour guide on a very personal, tailored and unique journey.
