She was such a calming presence and really listened to my specific pain points. Lindy's massage skills are perfect with great communication throughout her treatment. Not only did I leave feeling refreshed, but she even took time to offer and teach me a few helpful stretching techniques to help my pain points. She made me feel comfortable and she noticed my body was really relaxed. i did think she was going to massage my arms and chest cause i also ache there as well but she did not.
