Never asked me if I have or had any Covid systems. I asked if therapist was vaccinated and was told by receptionist with blond curly hair (who said she is not an owner, but her photo is on the website with the owner) that she didn't know and they don't ask employees and each employee basically does their own thing. The therapist says she was not vaccinated & she had a child in day care. Then I realized there was nothing visible about Covid protocol in the reception area or on docs. I was asked to sign. The receptionist did not wear a mask & said it was up to each therapist if they choose to wear a mask. The close quarters between staff & clients not taking steps to reduce spread of Covid is risky. The receptionist looked at me like I had 2 heads. Very unprofessional.

During the normal part of the massage, I had become slightly aroused and I thought the attendant had noticed and was being playful in noticing. All of a sudden I felt the towel being pulled off and the attendant applying oil to my erection. She told me she was going to help relieve my tension. It didn't take long and she caused me to have an orgasm, making me have an explosive ejaculations. I was very surprised that a massage provides such an intimate activity. The massage itself was decent and that's the only reason why I'm leaving the two stars up. It would've been a solid four stars for me, but I'm disappointed in a few things. Here are my reasons: 1) when we originally called, the lady who answered the phone said that the one hour massage was $50 and when we arrived -- she didn't honor it and kept saying that it was $60. Either way -- the prices were reasonable, but please honor what you quote over the phone before guests make the trip out to your establishment. 2) since there were only two masseuses working, every time the phone rang -- they would rotate to take the calls in the lobby. While that may be generally okay, they should've added an extra 5 minutes to the massage since they both stepped out at least 5 times each (my cuzzo and I were in the same massage room). The ladies stopped exactly on the hour so it basically made us lose a bit of massage time. We should get the full hour because that's what we paid for. 3) finally, this was a bit embarrassing to experience. We tipped accordingly to our experience and we're generous tippers. One of the ladies had the audacity to say "do you have more?" after we gave them their gratuity. Why would any professional ever ask that of a guest? I'm not going to tip $30 for a $55 massage in which we got ripped off on time anyway.

Every movement felt intentional--no rushing, no discomfort, just steady, focused care. What sets Red Lotus apart is the sense of legitimacy and safety. They asked for my full name when booking, confirmed via text, and treated me with total respect throughout the entire process. You won't get any of the vague, uncomfortable energy you might've felt at less reputable places. This is the real deal--professional massage therapy with soul. At $156 for 90 minutes, it's not only worth every penny, it's a better value than many of the places that charge more and give you less. If you're looking for true, grounded, respectful care, book with Donna. You'll walk out lighter, clearer, and feeling like your body actually belongs to you again.

Three people came out (of which the space is very small and dark), and they spoke amongst each other to see who would take who and for which service (head hydromassage and body massage - 60 minutes each). I went into my room for a body massage. Bed not warm, and just a cheap sheet on. The message was very VERY rough. messaged over towels (not warmed). I thought I would be getting a rub burn. THEN, later, the oil comes out, and she wore gloves, which were ... bunched-up on her hands, so I felt that. I then turned over, and she basically threw a towel over my eyes (not warm, just a towel!). VERY painful, even when I stated it was too hard, many times. Also, the movements were very VERY fast, and not whole - relaxing. There are a couple of other things that made me very uncomfortable, but I will leave it at that. I almost just stopped the appointment a few times. I prob should have. The hydromassage was .... okay. 60 minutes is WAY too long for that. NOT going back.

Its a teeny tiny place-a closet serves as their 'backroom' to get things ready for you. They have enough space for a bunch of people, yet only two massage people were in the building- both staring at their phones when I arrived. They were pleasant but def a HUGE language barrier (I couldnt even make pleasant small talk). I was led to a room where the beds/chairs were separated by BLINDS- a cheap alternative to private foot massage areas- and it looked it. The whoosh of the blind coming down was comical. The foot massage was ok- Ive had a LOT of them and this one didnt relax my feet as much as usual-and the water didnt have any frangrances as the ones Ive been to in other places- I suspect the girl dong the massage was VERY tired- she was looking off to each side disinterested as she did it. I think the place needs some more pleasantries(music maybe) and a makeover that DIDNT come from the dollar store.. but f you have a cheap coupon- use it I guess.

I've never had a Foot-Reflexology Session before so I didn't know what to expect, I assume it would be set up like a nail salon where everyone had their own massage chair with bright fluorescent lights and the service would be a one hour lower legs and feet massage. Boy was I wrong! I arrived at the location near Carli's gas station (by LaCascia's) and there was plenty of parking. I walked toward the front desk and the employee brought me to the treatment area on the right. The treatment area is semi private and had shade partitions by each chair so you can't see the person near you unless you are arriving or leaving. The room is dark but calm. The music is wonderful. The reclining massage chairs are soft and comfortable. I put my foot in a warm bath while the therapist worked on my head and scalp. It felt like I was getting my hair wash at the salon. She moved to my arm and shoulders and it was great. She worked on my legs and feet for a good 20-30 mins, pressing and massaging various points. Towards the end, she did my neck, should, arms and back. I do a high intensity training at orangetheory and also other exercises like barre and spinning and running so my muscles are extremely tight. The intense hard pressure was well appreciated and suited for me. I'm not going to lie, there were times that I flinched but it felt good afterwards.I was plucked, stretched and I'm pretty sure she used her heel to get deep into my back and shoulders. Don't fret! there were no hygiene issues! I was fully clothed and also had 2 warm towels covering me. I'm sure you can ask the staff to go easier on the pressure but I liked mine. The workers are of Thai descent so I think some of their techniques are Thai massage. If you are looking for a more basic, easy going massage, this may not suit you. I will definitely be back. They are currently running specials for 45.00 for 60 mins or if you pre-purchase a gift card, it's only 40.00 but you can't use it the same day.
