Before we got started I thought 75mins would be too long and I'll probably ask the masseuse to stop half way through. But at the end of 75mins when she said that the session was done my first thought was 'what! We just start 15mins ago'. Carol did a great job. I had some pain in upper back, neck and shoulders. She did such a good job. She used celluma for about 15mins. I did not feel like getting out of that bed after my massage. Haven't felt so relaxed since I was 10yrs old probably :) Warning: it's very difficult to not fall asleep while getting massaged

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is the WORST place I have been to for a massage ever…read more The massage therapists are pleasant & do a good job but it is run TERRIBLY. I have never experienced such poor management in my life. It is nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone or email. I leave multiple messages & after about 5 voicemails I will receive a call back or they happen to answer. I was told by one of their reps when I finally reached someone to complain that they wouldn't have answered my call but had recognized my number as I had called complaining before. I have a complaint into the better business bureau of MA & they won't even return their calls. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It has been MONTHS of arguing and trying to reach someone here to speak to. I was told multiple times after countless attempts the owner (Carol) would call me back & I have yet heard from them. Please keep in mind this has been going on since I started visiting them in Jan 2019 and has nothing to do with the lack of response time due to COVID-19. I received a monthly membership package for Christmas & little did I know it would be the gift from hell. Each appointment I tried to call & book took 2-3 weeks to arrange. I finally gave up trying to deal with them & canceled my membership & have been trying to get reimbursed & speak with someone surrounding it since June 2019. Oh my goodness!…read more About my massage: Lindy was such a great massage therapist for me in my case as I'm 18 weeks pregnant with lower back pain. She was such a calming presence and really listened to my specific pain points. Lindy's massage skills are perfect with great communication throughout her treatment. I really felt that my needs were addressed above and beyond. Not only did I leave feeling refreshed, but she even took time to offer and teach me a few helpful stretching techniques to help my pain points. This was my first visit and I'll definitely be coming back again! :) About booking the appointment: The location is convenient and I loved how easy the online booking was. I was able to find the date and time I needed quickly and seamlessly. As a new customer, they also emailed the client intake form an hour after I booked my appointment and it was easy and convenient to it fill out electronically before my appointment. Great features!
