Title: Bait-and-switch pricing…read more I should have trusted my instincts when Oasis Spa called to reschedule my original 1pm appointment to 10am -- and then still arrived late. That set the tone for the rest of the experience. I signed up for their $59 facial special. As soon as I sat down, the worker immediately started upselling me on extra options. The way it was explained was confusing, and I agreed to extractions and another add-on, thinking they were part of the original facial. After a very quick facial, I went to pay and the total had jumped from $59 to $124. When I asked why, I was told it was because of the add-ons. Then I received a text receipt showing $137 instead -- which I'm assuming included a tip I never agreed to. I didn't argue in the moment, but I definitely learned a lesson. Between the rescheduling, lateness, confusing upsell tactics, and surprise charges, I would not recommend Oasis Spa in Saugus. Proceed with caution.

This spa lacks professionalism and training. I recently got a 90min swedish massage. The entrace is…read morea bit tacky and the flashing fairy lights don't lend itself to a calming environment. There is one bathroom and the sink needs updating. The room in which I was pointed to, appeared to be clean, however the bed had no warming element and there was a thin sheet to cover with. There was also no conversation with the masseuse as to if I had problem areas. I was only asked to go into the room and the door was closed after me! The music was calming but you could hear every noise outside of the room. It was obvious the masseuse had little training. Twice during my treatment, someone walked into the room to speak to my masseuse! In addition, she left the room once. It was a shocking experience! I would not recommend this place!

There were othEd clients waiting so we assumed she meant her people. That comment made the decision for us to leave. We were so mad for their False Advertising and for wasting our time.

I waited until they took me to the room and I changed fast so the appointment wasn't late. The masseuse did not come for another 10 minutes. It is all visible in camera. She was really rough on my back. She also did not avoid my injury until I told her multiple times and still did not. Most of all, she was absolutely terrible, it felt uncomfortable. At the 50 minute mark, she said "we're done" and I said "we're done early?" and she knew she was too early. So she continued but terribly, picking up her phone which was obvious because she kept stopping and using one hand. Then just scratching my head. I NEVER write this kind of review. However, I thought it was important to. I walk in with my…read moredaughter, and there is an immediate feel of unrest. Three people came out (of which the space is very small and dark), and they spoke amongst each other to see who would take who and for which service (head hydromassage and body massage - 60 minutes each). I went into my room for a body massage. Bed not warm, and just a cheap sheet on. The message was very VERY rough. messaged over towels (not warmed). I thought I would be getting a rub burn. THEN, later, the oil comes out, and she wore gloves, which were ... bunched-up on her hands, so I felt that. I then turned over, and she basically threw a towel over my eyes (not warm, just a towel!). VERY painful, even when I stated it was too hard, many times. Also, the movements were very VERY fast, and not whole - relaxing. There are a couple of other things that made me very uncomfortable, but I will leave it at that. I almost just stopped the appointment a few times. I prob should have. The hydromassage was .... okay. 60 minutes is WAY too long for that. NOT going back.
