I have to say, I am so glad I did this today! Susan is wonderful. She just has a way of making one feel so at ease and comfortable. I was nervous going in, to be frank - the thought of being undressed in an unfamiliar setting was unnerving. The reality is that it is very respectful, I was covered up, and was told what was going to happen every step of the way. Susan made sure I was comfortable with every aspect of the visit. The hot stone massage felt SO GOOD! I have a bad back and various other joint pain issues. I wish I hadn't waited so long to try this. She is definitely a talented individual, and it was clear that she has a genuine caring and concern for her clients. I will be back again! And when I arrived, a sweet Asian woman came out of one of the rooms. It was a very strange arrangement in the entrance. It almost looks like at one time. It was the entryway of the home that it was in. Things that were weird? She asked me to pay upfront and wanted me to put the tip on there upfront. And I told her I would do the tip afterwards. She looks surprised. When she brought me to have the massage, she brought me downstairs into the basement. There was no light on the stairs, and when we got to the basement room, she had turned on a space heater so I could be worked on. Was it cold in there? Let's just say it wasn't warm. But it wasn't freezing either. I'm just thinking she really doesn't understand massage much. She did just a lot of hand rubbing like a person rubs your back when you're crying, you know? There was no needing of my muscles. And she did keep asking me if the pressure was OK. So I did appreciate that. It just was... Mid. There are too many other places to go that are much better than she. Maybe it was just her? I don't know. I just got a really weird vibe and honestly couldn't wait to get out of there. I wish I was wrong, but it is what it is.

I decided to try Keri, as she seemed new and why not try someone new? My gosh, I am so glad I did. I admit, I am a little nervous to write this review as I do not want Keri to be totally booked up so that I cannot go see her again - but she deserves the shout out. Keri is amazing. We sat down to start and she really cared about what brought me in, and she had read my file so knew I had the two little ones at home. She genuinely seemed to care about how I was feeling, and how she could help me. She found knots in my back and legs that I did not even know I had (who gets knots in their legs?!?). She started me face up, which was my first time ever doing that, and I LOVED it. Honestly. My problem areas (back and shoulders) got attention both at the beginning and end of the session, which was so unique and also so great. She was relentless, but without pain, to work out every knot and ever tense area she found. Once I stood up, I felt like a new person. My body felt loose, the knots in my shoulders were gone - and that feeling has continued. Keri is a miracle worker, and by far the best massage I have EVER received. Thank you Keri, and hope to see you soon!
