The way it was explained was confusing, and I agreed to extractions and another add-on, thinking they were part of the original facial. After a very quick facial, I went to pay and the total had jumped from $59 to $124. When I asked why, I was told it was because of the add-ons. Then I received a text receipt showing $137 instead -- which I'm assuming included a tip I never agreed to. I didn't argue in the moment, but I definitely learned a lesson. Between the rescheduling, lateness, confusing upsell tactics, and surprise charges, I would not recommend Oasis Spa in Saugus. Proceed with caution.

She made me feel comfortable and she noticed my body was really relaxed. i did think she was going to massage my arms and chest cause i also ache there as well but she did not. Overall when we were done she left the room and i got dressed. I try to give her $10 tip but she said she requires a $20 minimum tip. although it was a good massage she didn't massage my chest and arms. so in total i spent $120 in total for a 1 massage. still debating if i should go back now.
