Three people came out (of which the space is very small and dark), and they spoke amongst each other to see who would take who and for which service (head hydromassage and body massage - 60 minutes each). I went into my room for a body massage. Bed not warm, and just a cheap sheet on. The message was very VERY rough. messaged over towels (not warmed). I thought I would be getting a rub burn. THEN, later, the oil comes out, and she wore gloves, which were ... bunched-up on her hands, so I felt that. I then turned over, and she basically threw a towel over my eyes (not warm, just a towel!). VERY painful, even when I stated it was too hard, many times. Also, the movements were very VERY fast, and not whole - relaxing. There are a couple of other things that made me very uncomfortable, but I will leave it at that. I almost just stopped the appointment a few times. I prob should have. The hydromassage was .... okay. 60 minutes is WAY too long for that. NOT going back.

Title: Bait-and-switch pricing…read more I should have trusted my instincts when Oasis Spa called to reschedule my original 1pm appointment to 10am -- and then still arrived late. That set the tone for the rest of the experience. I signed up for their $59 facial special. As soon as I sat down, the worker immediately started upselling me on extra options. The way it was explained was confusing, and I agreed to extractions and another add-on, thinking they were part of the original facial. After a very quick facial, I went to pay and the total had jumped from $59 to $124. When I asked why, I was told it was because of the add-ons. Then I received a text receipt showing $137 instead -- which I'm assuming included a tip I never agreed to. I didn't argue in the moment, but I definitely learned a lesson. Between the rescheduling, lateness, confusing upsell tactics, and surprise charges, I would not recommend Oasis Spa in Saugus. Proceed with caution.

I've been to…read moreseveral of the local massage therapy offices around town and haven't found one I really liked until I came to this place. Before I would have to travel all the way to Andover to get the back relief I needed. Now I can travel down the road cause I found my favorite place. She was excellent and even though the conversation was short she knew where to work all from touch. I almost didn't have to give any directions and she worked out all my problem spots on her own. That's when I knew she was very good at her job. She just opened in the past year and I had put off going in for a visit and now I regret it because I could have found relief much sooner for all that stress and low energy that has been bogging me down. I definitely recommend anyone try this place. I was a walk in off the street and she was able to squeeze me in twenty minutes after walking in. And she has great hours and is open 7 days a week. She works very hard and the outcome is worth every penny. Her prices are very good too! Now my only worry is if I blabber on this place she'll get so busy I won't get a quick spot anymore. But she's definitely deserving of it for the expertise she's shown this far. 5 stars!

She just was so rude and kept yelling at us. Even tho we had the wrong place, I'd never consider ever going here bc she was the rudest and meanest person. Why would you yell at people instead of calmly just talking to us. I have never been greeted with such hostility. She never said hi, can I help you? She immediately was like no, get out. Unbelievable! 0 stars.

I was able to pick my aromatherapy scent. The staff who did my massage never gave me her name or asked about areas that she could spend more attention on. No discussion of what pressure I like. I was about 10 mins early as I had alot of clothes to take off...she commented on that, but then didn't give me the time or privacy needed. She was in the room while I was changing. So we started maybe 5 mins early, and we ended 10 mins early. The massage was nice...but I didnt ever get relaxed due to the hard pressure (which she adjusted when I asked) and her continued movement around the table to get the stones. I am a hot stone girl and this is the first time I ever noticed such movement. Overall the kinks were worked out and I got a bottle of water on my way out the door and I tipped and thanked. I may go back whenever I'm in town.

The music was calming but you could hear every noise outside of the room. It was obvious the masseuse had little training.
