How do I make an appointment?

You can call their phone number to schedule a service or walk-in without an appointment and are usually able to be seen then. You may have to wait or come back an hour later if you walk-in without an appointment though.

When I walked in today the woman was surprised I was there and could not understand what service I was there for even though I pointed to it on the menu a few times. After finally getting on the same page I was brought to a room with multiple chairs. She put my feet in a bucket and then massaged my arms and hands but only used lotion on my right arm and not my left which I found very odd and actually a bit painful. When it was time for the foot massage, she spent a lot of time massaging BONEY PARTS of my feet and legs. She spent a lot of time on my KNEES which I had to tell her multiple times to stop because it really hurt. She spent time on my shins and the tops of my feet and individual toes... I literally cannot stress enough how much time she spent on my knees... After all of that she only spent about 7 minutes per foot and did not even touch my heels which was the biggest reason for going in. After this she told me to follow her to a room which I'm assuming was for the body massage. She led me to the room, pointed to the bed, shut the curtain and left. I had no direction of what to do, and I didn't see a blanket or gown to be dressed or covered in so I decided to just not go through with the body portion of the massage. I went up to the desk asked if I could tip on the card and after about 5 minutes she presents a higher price than the menu showed so I tipped 18% (to compensate for the price difference) said thanks and left. She looked at the receipt and stared me down as I was walking to the parking lot. I would NOT recommend this facility for any service at all. My feet still hurt and now my knees hurt too.

I wanted to update my review to tell you that I am still a loyal and consistent patron of All About…read morethe Massage. They have never wavered in their excellent service. And in the... nearly 10(??) years I've been going there I haven't even once left disappointed, and I honestly can't think of a single other business that applies to. If you're looking for a massage therapist (or a gift card for someone who needs one!) just try here first, you definitely won't be disappointed!

Oh my goodness!…read more About my massage: Lindy was such a great massage therapist for me in my case as I'm 18 weeks pregnant with lower back pain. She was such a calming presence and really listened to my specific pain points. Lindy's massage skills are perfect with great communication throughout her treatment. I really felt that my needs were addressed above and beyond. Not only did I leave feeling refreshed, but she even took time to offer and teach me a few helpful stretching techniques to help my pain points. This was my first visit and I'll definitely be coming back again! :) About booking the appointment: The location is convenient and I loved how easy the online booking was. I was able to find the date and time I needed quickly and seamlessly. As a new customer, they also emailed the client intake form an hour after I booked my appointment and it was easy and convenient to it fill out electronically before my appointment. Great features!

I bought a Groupon Voucher for TCM and thankfully it was cheap. Calling to make an appointment…read morewas...interesting. They don't answer the phone with the business name...just a "hello?" So I was never quite sure if I had the right place. The only options I was given for a time were 8 am or 8 pm. I chose the latter. Upon arriving to TCM, the door was propped open so I let myself in and waited on the couch. Finally at exactly 8 pm, someone came out from giving another client a massage. She didnt call me by name- she just said "come on!" And showed me to my room and closed the door. No name verification, no paperwork, no questions about my medical history. The massage table is covered with disposable paper like at a doctors office. There was a towel to cover yourself up with. No sheet or blanket I won't go into details of the massage- it wasn't horrible but it was different. The massage therapist didn't discuss anything...just got right down to business which included uncovering body parts that don't normally get uncovered during normal massages. Upon leaving, I left my tip in the room and yelled out "thank you!" so she would know I was leaving. She came out from behind a partition and accused me of not having a tip for her. Real professional. Overall, not a good or relaxing experience. I would be extremely surprised if this is even a legal business.

Every movement felt intentional--no rushing, no discomfort, just steady, focused care. What sets Red Lotus apart is the sense of legitimacy and safety. They asked for my full name when booking, confirmed via text, and treated me with total respect throughout the entire process. You won't get any of the vague, uncomfortable energy you might've felt at less reputable places. This is the real deal--professional massage therapy with soul. At $156 for 90 minutes, it's not only worth every penny, it's a better value than many of the places that charge more and give you less. If you're looking for true, grounded, respectful care, book with Donna. You'll walk out lighter, clearer, and feeling like your body actually belongs to you again.

Three people came out (of which the space is very small and dark), and they spoke amongst each other to see who would take who and for which service (head hydromassage and body massage - 60 minutes each). I went into my room for a body massage. Bed not warm, and just a cheap sheet on. The message was very VERY rough. messaged over towels (not warmed). I thought I would be getting a rub burn. THEN, later, the oil comes out, and she wore gloves, which were ... bunched-up on her hands, so I felt that. I then turned over, and she basically threw a towel over my eyes (not warm, just a towel!). VERY painful, even when I stated it was too hard, many times. Also, the movements were very VERY fast, and not whole - relaxing. There are a couple of other things that made me very uncomfortable, but I will leave it at that. I almost just stopped the appointment a few times. I prob should have. The hydromassage was .... okay. 60 minutes is WAY too long for that. NOT going back.
