I used to have to hunt for a spot at Beverly Hospital, now I just park right out front. 2) She accommodated me same day with a request! I have never experienced such poor management in my life. It is nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone or email. I leave multiple messages & after about 5 voicemails I will receive a call back or they happen to answer. I was told by one of their reps when I finally reached someone to complain that they wouldn't have answered my call but had recognized my number as I had called complaining before. I have a complaint into the better business bureau of MA & they won't even return their calls. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It has been MONTHS of arguing and trying to reach someone here to speak to. I was told multiple times after countless attempts the owner (Carol) would call me back & I have yet heard from them. Please keep in mind this has been going on since I started visiting them in Jan 2019 and has nothing to do with the lack of response time due to COVID-19. I received a monthly membership package for Christmas & little did I know it would be the gift from hell. Each appointment I tried to call & book took 2-3 weeks to arrange. I finally gave up trying to deal with them & canceled my membership & have been trying to get reimbursed & speak with someone surrounding it since June 2019. I offered to pay for the full appointment each time and do a shorter massage. Once she did a shorter massage and didn't charge me the whole amount even though I insisted. The second time I was told no, that she was already doing other things now. This was during the ADHD med shortage and I explained that to them and they still cancelled my future appointments and dropped me as a client, which is their own prerogative but when I asked about that she was also very rude to me about it. Also dropped my husband as a client as well with no explanation to him at all. It really saddened me, because I'm human and life happens but she made me feel really disappointed in myself for not being neurotypical. Again, therapists can choose their clients, but it really bummed me out. I was a monthly client before this, every other week when I could book into her busy schedule. I really looked forward to our massages because I have MS and it was super sad to be dropped. Again, I understand her reasoning I just wish she had been more understanding. I'm sure she doesn't need me as a client because she's always booked.
