I offered to pay for the full appointment each time and do a shorter massage. Once she did a shorter massage and didn't charge me the whole amount even though I insisted. The second time I was told no, that she was already doing other things now. This was during the ADHD med shortage and I explained that to them and they still cancelled my future appointments and dropped me as a client, which is their own prerogative but when I asked about that she was also very rude to me about it. Also dropped my husband as a client as well with no explanation to him at all. It really saddened me, because I'm human and life happens but she made me feel really disappointed in myself for not being neurotypical. Again, therapists can choose their clients, but it really bummed me out. I was a monthly client before this, every other week when I could book into her busy schedule. I really looked forward to our massages because I have MS and it was super sad to be dropped. Again, I understand her reasoning I just wish she had been more understanding. I'm sure she doesn't need me as a client because she's always booked.
