Ill be honest- it was OK . JUST Ok- I used a groupon (maybe THAT was the issue?) and made an appointment to come after work. Its a teeny tiny place-a closet serves as their 'backroom' to get things ready for you. They have enough space for a bunch of people, yet only two massage people were in the building- both staring at their phones when I arrived. They were pleasant but def a HUGE language barrier (I couldnt even make pleasant small talk). I was led to a room where the beds/chairs were separated by BLINDS- a cheap alternative to private foot massage areas- and it looked it. The whoosh of the blind coming down was comical. The foot massage was ok- Ive had a LOT of them and this one didnt relax my feet as much as usual-and the water didnt have any frangrances as the ones Ive been to in other places- I suspect the girl dong the massage was VERY tired- she was looking off to each side disinterested as she did it. I think the place needs some more pleasantries(music maybe) and a makeover that DIDNT come from the dollar store.. but f you have a cheap coupon- use it I guess. read more

I was a bit skeptical when I purchased a Groupon for 29.00 for 60 mins treatment (39.00 on groupon then additional coupon code). I've never had a Foot-Reflexology Session before so I didn't know what to expect, I assume it would be set up like a nail salon where everyone had their own massage chair with bright fluorescent lights and the service would be a one hour lower legs and feet massage. Boy was I wrong! I arrived at the location near Carli's gas station (by LaCascia's) and there was plenty of parking. I walked toward the front desk and the employee brought me to the treatment area on the right. The treatment area is semi private and had shade partitions by each chair so you can't see the person near you unless you are arriving or leaving. The room is dark but calm. The music is wonderful. The reclining massage chairs are soft and comfortable. I put my foot in a warm bath while the therapist worked on my head and scalp. It felt like I was getting my hair wash at the salon. She moved to my arm and shoulders and it was great. She worked on my legs and feet for a good 20-30 mins, pressing and massaging various points. Towards the end, she did my neck, should, arms and back. I do a high intensity training at orangetheory and also other exercises like barre and spinning and running so my muscles are extremely tight. The intense hard pressure was well appreciated and suited for me. I'm not going to lie, there were times that I flinched but it felt good afterwards.I was plucked, stretched and I'm pretty sure she used her heel to get deep into my back and shoulders. Don't fret! there were no hygiene issues! I was fully clothed and also had 2 warm towels covering me. I'm sure you can ask the staff to go easier on the pressure but I liked mine. The workers are of Thai descent so I think some of their techniques are Thai massage. If you are looking for a more basic, easy going massage, this may not suit you. I will definitely be back. They are currently running specials for 45.00 for 60 mins or if you pre-purchase a gift card, it's only 40.00 but you can't use it the same day. read more

"SAD FEET" I returned for a second visit and this time it was TOTALLY DISASTEROUS. I had a younger woman who seemed inexperienced, her technique was really BAD compared to the older woman I had the first time I came. She kept rubbing the same foot for 30 minutes with little variation. It was a very painful session. You can tell when someone's heart is not in it; this is what it felt like! Once again, the place had a very strong and offensive floral smell, they seem to use excessive air freshener. I honestly could't wait to leave, and will never go back after this experience. I'm not willing to take a chance since it seems to be a hit or miss experience depending on which "Therapist" (used loosely) you end up with. It was a night & day difference compared to my last visit after which I was GUSHING about how awesome it was. The manager spoke little English and kept nodding like he understood, but he truly didn't understand when I told him the place smelled bad, he got the spray can and was going to spray again. read more

Sad Feet, it's actually super sad feet. Do not waste your time or money. They do not put sheets under you. There are no towels under your face when you turn over. I have been having massages and foot massages for last 10 years and this is by far the worst experience I have had. My friend and I were bewildered that it can be this bad and actually get paid for it. They should just quit. This is not a massage place it's a joke. I've had better foot massages while getting a pedicure! The first time was with a Groupon and I was surprised at how little time was spent on my feet and the weirdness of getting a massage over my clothes. If I wanted a massage, I will go to a masseuse. I gave them another try and when I went in I told them I want the time spent on my feet, I have plantar fasciitis and my feet were killing me. I could not seem to communicate with the person doing the actual work that I wanted more time spent on my feet, I just got smiles and nods. Nice enough people but its really not worth it. read more

My friend and I went to this place different times in 2017, and both experiences were fine. This week we went there together and the experience was terrible. The masseurs were not the one we had before, and they did not seem to know what the reflexology is or where the pressure points are. My masseur just kept rubbing my feet and legs without any sensible patterns. No joking that he actually rubbed each leg (from the knee to the ankle) for at least 50 times, and I actually counted because that really annoyed me. Let me put it this way, your husband/ wife/ siblings etc can do the same job to you for free without having any formal reflexology training. I agree that rubbing a leg is quite 'effort-saving' for a masseur but this is definitely NOT what I expected from a reflexology place. Besides, my masseur cleared his throats quite often while giving the massage. That grossed me out because I felt he was spreading some germs. Also he used some judgemental comments in his native language, and unfortunately I can understand that. He may assume I did not understand that because my friend and I were using English to communicate. This is definitely not an relaxing experience. read more

Went with two friends, and we all loved it! One of my friends said "my feet are about to cry they're so happy." They found great pressure points, hit all the major areas, and applied the right amount of pressure. It was extremely relaxing and I loved the lavender scent! Good price as well! read more

In my opinion, I think this location is better than the Boston location. The staff is able to provide a strong massage and they have reclining chairs which is different from having to sit constantly upright. For a 60 min massage, they have a hot deal right now for $45.00, regular price is $60.00. Another tip would be to keep an eye out for the groupon too! I went with my daughter. She was fine with the experience, wouldnt go gack. I hated it. I have a bruise on my calf and lower back. It was painful a lot if the time, and when i said ouch, or ow he started talking to his co worker in their native language and would laugh. It may not have been about me, but it did make me wonder. I told him 3 times not to touch my neck till he finally understood. Left room to help other people coming in in the middle of my session, and people kept coming in to use the kurig, or go into the refridgerator. Kind of gross...yuck. The place is worn down and I was immediately thinking of how clean this place was not. All I could smell was the cigarettes on my clinician's breath. I got a special of 1 hour for $45. It started out with him bringing out a pail of almost room temperature water a little on the cold side in a bucket and told me to put my feet in there. The scalp massage would of been nice if I was not being breathed on my cigarette breath. The foot massage was ok but it got interrupted several times to answer other customer's questions. The full body massage was painful. I kept saying ow, ow. He would ask , ok? I would say it hurts I think the pressure is too hard and then he would continue on. I grinned and bared it thinking it's got to be over soon. He left abruptly and said you're good. He had taken my glasses off at the start and didn't tell me where they were so now I'm groping around in the dark for my glasses. I am finally ready to leave this place and have to wait at the front desk for 10 minutes to pay while the gentleman finished his apparently personal phone call in Chinese. I paid and when I decided to leave a 10% tip because it was horrible ... I was yelled and said come on that was a special price you need to tip more . Don't go ! I booked appointments for my three sons over the phone. I was told all theee would be done at the same time by different stylists. They told me I could not come in due to the covid restrictions, which I understand.... but never told me the cost, never asked me by phone what my nine year old would like as a style, and said my older boys would have to supervise the youngest. I get a call last min that a stylist sprained an ankle, so I would have to come earlier and one stylist would be doing two. It was less than 35 min for three cuts and I was charged 125$... for three haircuts for kids under 18!!! I called to question and they said they over charged me a total of 10$. So you're saying you charge 40 for a boys cut.... I will never go there again. I let the manager know about the poor communication and being over charged... she just said oh sorry it's covid. It was ok but they falsely advertise on Groupon. The Groupon costs $29 and the Groupon says you are getting a $60 value. The $60 service on their website is shoulder neck head massage, then feet, then back massage. Well it's a bait and switch because all that you get for the $29 Groupon is the $29 service advertised in their window, just 60 minutes of foot work. I was very disappointed because I was really in need of neck and shoulders. I actually felt like it was a big waste of time. Just a warning, the Groupon deal is not a deal at all. Yes the location is a little weird and yes it smells floral (maybe lilac?), but who cares when it's such a good deal! Staff were so friendly and the place was very clean. The massage is good, but I didn't like how they tried to cheat me. I purchased a Groupon for $39. Groupon states that their massage is normally $60, so this is $21 discount. If you go to the place, their board says the massage is $49. When the massage was done, they ASKED for a $10 tip if you use Groupon, in order to make up for the $49 price. They said they lose money if you use Groupon and don't give a $10 tip. So, their actual price is only $49 (they showed me the board) and they ask for $10 tip in order to make their $49. I bought a Groupon and had no issues with that. The place was set up in a weird way, and I was seated in a sectioned off portion to the right of where you walk in. There were only two chairs and a refrigerator in this section. Employees kept coming in and opening the refrigerator and the light would shine right on my face which made it a lot less relaxing. I also think the gas station bathroom was right on the other side of the wall because I continuously heard the hand dryer. I'm not sure if I'll be back because of those things, but the massage was good- I'd definitely recommend it if you like deep pressure. read more

It was relaxing for the most part. I went with a friend and the 2 relfelxologists talked a good amount during my hour appointment. After asking to get a lighter touch for the massage that wasn't taken into consideration. When we paid we were told to bring cash - which we did for the appointment. I tipped the reflexologist and apparently didn't give him enough bc they had the oddacity to say that they worked hard and needed more. I discovered Happy Feet in Danvers a few years ago, on a groupon. Was thrilled to find out that they opened a new branch in Burlington last year. I've given up my occasional traditional spa massages -- these massages are half the price, convenient and easy to book, and make my body REALLY happy. I've had many different practitioners at both the Danvers and Burlington locations -- all have been very effective. I enjoy the tranquility of the setting, and the exotic-ness of the experience -- as soon as I walk in and get seated in one of their comfortable recliners, I'm happy. I tend to like bodywork that's right on the edge of pleasure and pain, and these massages don't disappoint -- they invariably find at least a few points that are painful :-) But someone who's less enthusiastic about that could ask for gentler pressure in any painful spots. I had mentioned at my last session that I had recently tweaked something in my hip, and sure enough, my practitioner was able to get a few cracks out of my lower back. These folks are very good at what they do, and I'm grateful for it! read more
