Then 3 hours later, I get an email stating my appointment has been rescheduled for same day at 11 am. I tried to call the salon to figure out why the change occurred, and there was no answer. The voicemail said a text was better and you'd receive a quicker response, so I did that. But, no response. A little while later, I tried calling again and there was still no answer, so I left a voicemail this time and followed up on my text message. Still no response. I even called a third time, but to no avail. I figured I would still show up to my appointment at the originally scheduled 1:30 time, since they're open 9-5. When I arrived, the door was locked and no one was inside. I called again but obviously no one answered the phone. I even checked all social media platforms to see if possibly they closed for personal reasons or anything stating why no one was answering my call and no one was in the salon. Needless to say, there was no information provided on what was going on. I just wanted a simple, quick trim and was excited to try this place out since I just moved to the area and needed a new salon, and the reviews were great. But after this experience, I can't understand why or what happened. I will not be coming back here, I'm so disappointed.

I'm pretty picky about my massages, and Aniris just seemed to know which areas to focus on and the amount of pressure that worked well for me. And afterward, she went above and beyond and applied a special oil to a particularly sore spot on my leg to help speed the healing. My experience there ended on a really nice note when she offered me some lovely hibiscus tea. Aniris is a top-notch massage therapist and I plan to return very soon!

Absolutely Amazing Experience!…read more I purchased a Groupon for a 90-minute Swedish massage with a mini facial at Beauty Curve Spa, and I am SO glad I did. From the moment I arrived, everything was wonderful. The only small issue I had was that it was a little confusing to find the location at first, but once I called, the owner immediately helped guide me, which I really appreciated. Once inside, I was blown away. The decor is absolutely stunning, and the spa is beautiful inside and out. The pink front doors are eye-catching and welcoming, and they instantly set the tone for a relaxing, luxurious experience. The owner, Aniris, was also my massage therapist, and she was incredible. She made me feel completely comfortable, relaxed, and cared for from start to finish. Her touch was perfect, and the massage melted all my stress away. The mini facial was the perfect finishing touch--so calming and refreshing. Everything about this experience was above and beyond my expectations. The atmosphere, the service, and the attention to detail were all top-tier. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and truly pampered. I would highly recommend Beauty Curve Spa to anyone looking for a peaceful, high-quality spa experience, and I will definitely be returning. This place is a hidden gem!

I finally took advantage of a gift certificate I received for this place for a massage. I decided…read moreto get a massage the morning of a big law school final, just to keep me nice and relaxed. The waiting room area was well decorated, and the staff was very friendly bringing me out a glass of water to start. They had few options for massages, and I asked if I should get the relaxtion massage, or the Indian head, neck, shoulder massage. The maseusse Kate told me that if I was going in to take an exam in four hours I should go with the regular relaxation massage, becasue the Indian head, neck shoulder would be too much, and I might not be able to focus on what was in my head. The total massage time was actually very close to the hour, not like some places I'd been to in the past where they disrobing, and pre-converation was considered part of your hour. I don't go to spas often for massages, but I can say that I can see myself getting gift certificates for other people to this place.

I was very disappointed with my experience here. My boyfriend bought me a couples massage package…read morehere as a gift for my birthday. First, the clerk at the front desk called a couple days before our appt to confirm the time and told us we could come up to half an hour earlier if we wanted to, which my bf said that wasn't necessary. Then the day of, the clerk called us 20 minutes before our actual appt time to ask us why we were late. Despite that we came almost 20 minutes before our appt time, they still made us wait 30 minutes inside the massage room until anyone came in. The rooms were decorated nicely but the robe that I got was dirty with a large orange stain on it and the towels after our bath were stained with something as well. The massage was supposed to 45 minutes but lasted only 30 minutes. I was planning on tipping the ladies anyways but I was a little irked that the woman demanded a 20% cash tip (on the original price) before we left. For those who are using the groupon, that's $70. I wish we had been notified of that earlier because I don't typically carry that much cash on me at all times. Overall, I definitely will not be coming here again.

The voicemail says it opens at 10, the owner verbally told me 10:30, I was there on Monday, June 11 at 10:45- and the place wasn't open...I returned at 2:00. I went for five days for tanning; the five session package that's on the pricelist for $45? Was not an option because the bed was out of commission the week I was there. Naturally, I had to then go for the upgrade which was $55 for five sessions in the silver bullet. I REALLY would have preferred the $45 package. I think there were two stand ups and two beds. Overall, the place was clean, well lit, and the owner is also the front end manager and the hair stylist. There were several hair stations, coffee machine, upscale hair and tanning products for sale. Owner was super friendly, tried to up-sell, and provided great info on the high power bed I was using.
