The voicemail said a text was better and you'd receive a quicker response, so I did that. But, no response. A little while later, I tried calling again and there was still no answer, so I left a voicemail this time and followed up on my text message. Still no response. I even called a third time, but to no avail. I figured I would still show up to my appointment at the originally scheduled 1:30 time, since they're open 9-5. When I arrived, the door was locked and no one was inside. I called again but obviously no one answered the phone. I even checked all social media platforms to see if possibly they closed for personal reasons or anything stating why no one was answering my call and no one was in the salon. Needless to say, there was no information provided on what was going on.
