The huge open room makes everything echo, and I could see / hear some of the workers saying rude and judgmental things about their clients. I could not relax the entire service as they were actively watching and judging myself and the other clients. Finally, their prices are RIDICULOUS for the services you actually receive. I was left to sit alone for 30 mins of a 60 minute facial - I could've done that at home in the shower, for pete's sake. Overall, TERRIBLE experience here, and my friends have had similar experiences. Go to any of the other spas in Haverhill for your beauty services - maybe you won't be judged, forced to listen to church hymns, or left out on the sidewalk to freeze.
