I still have neck sagging and jowels, almost as if it wasn't pulled tight enough. I went back to express my displeasure considering I spent almost $7000 and the response I received was "well we can do a neck lift." Clearly they are not concerned with customer satisfaction or something would have been offered to try to fix it without costing more money but it was not. Don't tell me you can fix it if you can't because I wouldn't have done it. Staff was super nice but results from this surgeon were very disappointing.

It was the most productive physical training I've ever done, with Keri or Cathy cheering me on the whole time. And the bonus? It somehow turned into a therapeutic talk session I didn't even know I needed. It's core strength, emotional support, and a little electromagnetism- all in 30 minutes. Hands down, the best country club I've ever joined. I absolutely love Dr. Wages and his incredible staff at NSPS. Thank you, and bravo!

Being 27 years old this is something that has always been a big self esteem issue for me. I decided to give this a try at the end of April I began my first of three treatments and by the second treatment I have already seen a change in m y skin. It is softer, lighter, and my forehead and neck wrinkles/fine-lines seem to be beginning to disappear. The experience I have had coming to this office has been excellent. Dr. Norwin is informative, kind, and patient, but most of all very knowledgeable and happy to explain or discuss any problem areas or treatment you may be interested. I went in recently for a touchup, since I figured it's better to stay on top of things, and my experience was fantastic. Still the same outstanding service, cleanliness, and speed as before. I was in and out in record time and didn't even experience much redness or irritation.
