Good news was Zack & Alex, bad news? There aren't more Zack and Alex's in this world! honest men, professional and hard work, I was so pleased. I know my car is old - so am I lol and they could have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge and the age of my car, but instead Alex worked all he could and left me relieved and my car working. Real mechanics are becoming as extinct as dinosaurs and it's scary. This is the type of mechanic I grew up knowing, respecting and praying to find. Thank you again!!!! read more

I am incredibly thankful to have found this place and be able to get better understanding of what is needed for my car. Zak is absolutely wonderful and I look forward to bringing my car to a trustworthy place for repairs. read more

Always polite and very honest. Quick repairs on our Subaru and Toyota. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

Alex and the team at the Subaru Clinic are extremely fair on their pricing and above all very honest and experts in their field. They quickly identified an engine issue with my Tribeca back in January and gave me multiple options, from the lowest cost to highest. They even suggested I first try the lower-cost solution, which solved the problem to this day. I feel extremely lucky to have found an automotive repair shop that I can trust. Thank you guys! read more

Alex works efficiently, charges very fair rates and does not oversell clients. I work on cars when I have time and generally know what is going on with my family's vehicles and he has never sold us a part or service our car didn't need. read more

Very helpful and knowledgeable. I was visiting the area and he helped me diagnose an issue.

Appreciated Alex's help. I stripped out my transmission fill plug and he was able to swap it out in 10 minutes. He saved me hours of hassle!

I cannot be happier with my experience! I'm so appreciative of the transparency, great value, and the speed in which the work on my 2010 Subaru was done. I initially brought my car to a Big O Tire location and was told that I needed $2000 in work that wasn't needed. My car did require work but it was other problems. I'm so happy that I found a reputable mechanic!! Highly recommend!! read more

- great service - knowledgeable and competent mechanics - very reasonable prices - good communications read more

These guys have taken care of me twice. They did my 60k service as well as changed my brake pads. They've been fair and get the work done fast. Have no plans to take my WRX anywhere else. read more

I'm a DIY mechanic and usually do my own work, but when my 2010 Legacy started showing the ABS/Brake warning light, my consumer grade scan tool was unable to give me any information. I called Alex at Subaru Clinic to get a quote for a diagnosis. Alex said he would scan the car free of charge and we arranged a time to meet. Not only was Alex able to get the error codes, but in just a few minutes, he was able to clear/reset them and correct the issue. Alex was knowledgeable, professional and courteous, and it's obvious to me that these guys are the real deal. In this case, I believe the faults were originally caused by a corroded battery connection, which I have since fixed, but in any case, I can't overstate the value of honorable mechanics like Alex. I would absolutely recommend these guys to my friends with Subarus, and will be keeping them in mind for any future work that may be above my skill level. Thanks again Alex! read more

Oleg is always helpful and clear about options for what my car needs. I've used his services several times and he's consistently reliable and timely. read more

I've been taking my 2014 Subaru Outback to the Subaru Clinic for four years. They're honest, skilled mechanics who diagnose problems quickly and charge a fair price for service. Alex runs a great shop! So happy to have them in town. read more

I had recently purchased my first Subbie this past November and it had come time to have some much overdue brake work done. I noticed a number of pretty legit looking positive reviews on Yelp and elsewhere. I give them a 3-P rating- Professional, Polite and Prompt No up selling, fair pricing stuck to their pricing and got the job done quickly. I could write a bunch of flowery stuff but all you need to know is that they did right by me and I'm sure they will do right by you too. read more

I noticed I was leaking oil but couldn't figure out from where it was dripping from so I took it in. It took about 35 minutes for the guys to find out what it was and let me know. Ended up being bad oil cooler gaskets. They also fixed the ball joints in the front end and also two belts, the AC belt and the alternator belt. All for a killer price. They're super friendly and awesome here. However a week later my Forester started smoking again and I took it in. Super friendly again. They were actually concerned about it, not like some mechanics who just don't care. They took it in on the spot and lifted it up. Can't find the exact spot where it's leaking from but they believe it could be the valve cover. I could either pay to have it done, or keep checking the oil and go with the flow because the leak wasn't nearly as bad as it was before. Meaning that it was the oil cooler gaskets to some extent but also the valve cover gasket. The service here is super, and the prices are excellent too. I'll be back to get more done to the car that I can't do myself. read more

Call for an inspection and an alignment. I show up they tell me that they're going to get me handled I come back to find that they don't do alignments and the general inspection which conveniently they forgot to mention they don't have a hybrid checking system's so not even a full inspection was charged $70 for an inspection where absolutely nothing was done. Major Misrepresentation of services. I feel cheated read more

I needed some valve covers replaced, they replaced them in a day. When I went to pick up my Subaru the technician informed me what he had done, showed me some of the issue he found. Over highly impressed read more

Awesome job guys. They get you what you need and don't force extras on you. Dropped the subi off while out of town. Came home to some crispy breaks. Update. Brought in the Subaru for a 60k mile service. The work was done on time and the Subie drives like new. Will continue to get service here! Thanks guys! read more

Engine light on my 2014 Subaru Crosstrek came on while I was driving. Called them around 10am and brought it in 15min later. They diagnosed and fixed the problem in the same day for a very reasonable price, while giving me alternatives to keep the cost down. 10/10 recommend. read more

I called to bring in my Suburu and spoke with Andrew who was very nice. Suburu Clinic was super flexible about when I brought the car in. When I brought the car in Dennis worked with me and was super nice. He called about 30 minutes later and told me how long the repair would take and how much it would cost. When I came back to pick up my Suburu the repair was completed and the price was exactly as discussed. There was no pushiness and I never felt like anyone was trying to take advantage. Just good service at a fair price. I will definitely be back. read more

Nice guys, straightforward, clear communication with a quick turn around time (bonus - they have the cutest shop puppy)!

These guys are good. I took our 2015 Subaru there first for a headlamp, shortly after moving to Denver, then a few months later for an oil change. Both times, the people, Andrew and the team, looked at the car, pointed out several issues, in each instance prioritizing what we should attend to, what can wait, and what might add little value to a vehicle with 200,000+ miles. Good folks who inspire trust. read more

My clutch went out, they got me in immediately and back on the road the next day & explained everything to me very well. A few weeks later I experienced another issue with the clutch. I brought it back in. They went over the possible issues with me first. After diagnosing it, they informed me that something failed from the repair. They fixed it under warranty and had me back on the road within a few hours. A+ highly recommend read more

Edit: finally took my car in to get the noise fixed, and the diagnostic was incorrect and would have cost a ton of money. Thankfully I went somewhere and got a second opinion. Cost me $21 to get it fixed, vs $800. Took my car in for a diagnostic, and have never appreciated a mechanic so much. Oleg listened and took a look at the car to let me know what the grinding was, and then explained exactly what was wrong. I can't recommend this shop enough- they are honest and completely fair with their prices. read more

My crosstrek needed an axel repair and Andrew was reliable and punctual with the service. The Subaru dealer usually tries to rip you off with other "recommended" services. I highly recommend this place for your Subaru. read more

And their response... 2/27/2018 Thank you for your feedback Spencer. We apologize for the frustration and any inconvenience you experienced. Unfortunately in this particular situation there were certain circumstances that wouldn't allow us to move forward. We always strive to provide the best service for our customers. So I get to pay almost $500 for a repair they cant do because they are unable to program a 2012 Subaru Outback. Completely Unacceptable! read more

Does anyone know how to get a hold of anyone that works at this garage? I we gut ro pick up my cat twice during business hours and it's closed. They have my house keys also. My bill is paid but they say my head gasket needs to be replaced. I just want to move my car until I decide what to do. No answer when I call, no return calls from all my messages I left. No return emails I sent. The police went over there too. They said no answer. Does someone have a name or different number to call to get a hold of someone that works there and does anyone know why they're closed? read more

If you ever need a reliable car shop, this is the place to go! My husband and I have been bringing our cars here for repairs several times and each time they have done a phenomenal job! We've taken our cars to other shops to do alignments and brakes and for whatever reason, the car always drives funny afterwards. I am no car expert but when I take it back to them to figure out what's going on, they can never figure it out. I then take my car to Subaru Clinic and right away they find the problem and fix it. I'm happy to have found a trustworthy place and the customer service is great too! Thanks to Dennis and his team at Subaru Clinic for always making us feel that we are in good hands. read more

My 2006 WRX was coming up on its 60,000 mile maintenance and being new to the Denver area, I was looking for a good shop. I love my car and am very particular about who does the maintenance. Being so, I was going to take it to a dealership. Once I started researching, I found the Subaru Clinic. It is close to where I work, so I figured I might as well check it out. Driving up, I was somewhat skeptical. It is in an odd corner of an office park near Commerce City. This feeling went away as soon as I pulled up to the garage door. Just inside, there is a table set up with lemonade and cookies with a sign that reads "Toady we will wash your car because WE LOVE YOU"! I thought that was a nice touch. As soon as I got out of my car, the shop owner, Oleg, greeted me with a big smile an a handshake. We stepped inside to talk about what I was needing and he was very straight-forward with everything that he would be doing. I asked about his past work and came to find out that he had previously worked for a nerby Subaru dealership, which gave me confidence that he knew Subarus and would be the right man for the job. He also told me that he has his children help out with things around the shop and washing cars and that his wife works the front desk, so it is the epitome of a family business. I would MUCH rather give my business to a small family operation than one of the large dealerships. Once Oleg researched what all would be needed, he called me to let me know EXACTLY what the cost would be for parts and labor. Everything sounded great (his cost was about 1/2 of what the dealership would charge!) and he was able to get me on his schedule the next day. I told him what my schedule was like and he assured me that he would have everything finished by the time I was off work. As promised, everything was finished by 5:00! When I arrived to pick the car up, it was sitting just outside the door and was in the process of being meticulously cleaned by Anna (Oleg's wife) and their children. I stepped inside the office and Oleg gave me a run-down of what all he did, let me know of a couple things to expect in the near future, and sent me on my way. Everything is running great and I couldn't be happier with the service that I received. I have already scheduled my next appointment for some brake work! Subaru Clinic is a great shop that is run by an incredibly kind family. Oleg does great work for extremely reasonable prices and I would recommend his work to anyone. Even if you have to go out of your way to get there, it is worth it. Us Subaru owners love our cars and you can definitely feel the same love when you walk into the shop. read more

Since my last mechanic moved out of state, I've been looking for a new shop to take my Forester to. And i think i found it. I recently fixed a oil leak with my car, but it was still smoking and i didn't have time to look for another leak so i brought it to Olag. He cleaned the engine and confirmed that everything was fine, also didn't charge me a dime. The turn around was very quick and i could not be more happy with the service and information that he shared regarding the service i just did. I will always being my Subaru here. read more

Just want to update my last year review. I love Subaru Clinic and this is the ONLY place that I would go to fix my car even though I have Honda...LOL I have a bout 176K on my Honda and of course I have to take care of my car, so every oil change and every lamp that comes on I run to Subaru Clinic and Oleg and his staff is very knowledgeable very carefull. read more

This place is great, I had a burnt out bulb in my legacy 2013 and I called around to other shops and some of then wanted 50-80 just to just change out my bulb. They helped me out and gave me a great deal for 20 bucks. They work with you and don't try to over price you on anything. I would recommend this place to anyone for good prices and a good job done on your car. read more

I have been a happy customer with Subaru Clinic ever since I moved to Denver and needed service for my Suby. Since, I repaired our 2 Subarus at the Clinic, including major engine works, and so far, both me and my wife are extremely satisfied with the service, quality of repairs and the prices. Oleg is a knowledgeable and honest mechanic, who does not spin you around and fully stands behind his work - and these are the main traits I'm looking for when I need service of any kind. I highly recommend Subaru Clinic if you need your Subaru up and running promptly, at a very fair price. Honest service providers is not something you come across easily, and I'm glad I found this shop. read more

They did a great job across the board. An actual person answered the phone every time I called. They were clear about explaining the problem with the car and my options for fixing it. The cost seemed reasonable and they explained the charges for labor and parts clearly right up front. They worked quickly to make sure I got by car back on a late Friday afternoon. Not every repair shop will do that. read more

Oleg is such a great mechanic and for someone that has continually had bad experiences with subaru mechanics in denver I feel relieved and lucky to have found him. He recently did a lot of work on my 2007 impreza. I was really nervous about all of it but he totally put me at ease. He made me feel really confident and gave me a better deal than I ever could have dreamed of. Since then there have been a few problems, but he got me in right away and foxed them within a day, all under warranty. He is a rare find. Very honest and reliable. I don't know how many good things to say about him. He really knows what he is doing with subarus! On top of everything, he washed my car and engine. I felt like I had a new car for a fraction of the price. I highly recommend him to anyone with a subaru. read more

So to be honest I didn't actually get any work done here. My outback started acting funny while I was driving on 36 and so I called them, just before they closed and they said to come in and they would take a peak. They were super helpful and kind. They did some diagnostics on it and discovered some issues. My car was under warrantee so they said to bring it to the dealership and told me exactly what to ask for there to ensure the best outcomes for me! A great group of guys!! read more

In my 25 years of driving cars have I ever met nicer mechanics? I have not. I brought in my ancient Subaru Outback for a diagnostic check and the mechanic explained to me exactly what needed work and was very up front about how much work he would recommend putting into such an old vehicle. Although I know the needed repairs exceed the value of the car at this point, I keep it for sentimental reasons. It was very nice to be spoken with honestly about the car's condition, and I knew the mechanic wasn't just out to make a profit from me. Everyone I interacted with at Subaru Clinic was so friendly and helpful and their rates are very reasonable. I'll definitely return to continue to piece my Suby back together as finances allow. read more

Oleg is fantastic! My daughter and I both have older model vehicles and Oleg is always there to help us. He works fast and always provides us with excellent customer service.
