I sold my house a couple years ago with Suad, and I reached out again when it came time to buy a new home. Her deep knowledge of the local market and proven strategy -- which I already had seen as a seller -- were just as valuable from the buyer side. What really impressed me was how she handled negotiations -- maintaining composure and strategically advocating for our interests. Buying a home is incredibly stressful, but her responsiveness, attention to detail, and genuine support made the process manageable. Just like when she helped me sell, I took every piece of her advice and couldn't be happier with the result. We are moving from out of state to Austin. An Austin based friend told me we should use Suad as our realtor because she is a "total hustler." It was so true! She worked so, so hard for us. I was intimidated by the whole process but she was so kind, helpful, and diligent. She never felt dismissive of my fears or questions, and we were reassured by her throughout the whole process. Because we could not be present, she went to all our inspection appointments for us, which required her going to our new house multiple times and calling tons of vendors trying to get our inspection taken care of in time. She has amazing contacts in the industry and the process felt smooth. She is patient, professional, and truly goes above and beyond to get the job done!!! From: Jeronimo B. Suad has been the best realtor I have work with by far. For Suad her clients matter a lot and she will give all her effort to helping you get the best deal. In our case she helped us negotiate with the builder to get a better price and even to add some home upgrades at no additional cost. Throughout the construction process she communicated with the builder to see construction schedule updates and coordinated third party home inspections. She speaks perfect Spanish and English which helped me a lot since I prefer to communicate in Spanish. She made the overall experience fun and easy to understand from finding a property, negotiation, mortgage recommendations and procedures and close out. read more

Suad is AMAZING. She far exceeded our expectations. We placed our Austin dream home on the market in the summer of 2017 with another agent and moved out of state with the expectation of having a quick sale. Six months and no offers later (!!), we removed the listing and ended our contract with our original agent. We had lost hope of ever finding a buyer. Suad presented us with a comprehensive plan for marketing our home and getting it SOLD. She identified the strengths of the property, infused excitement, expertise, solutions for making changes to the property in order to appeal to buyers, and good old fashioned hard work. Suad staged the home, arranged for repairs, met contractors onsite, and orchestrated everything flawlessly. Suad held an open house on the second day after the home went on the market. From the open house, we received FIVE offers on the house (!!). We got the full asking price for our house (!!) and closed 30 days later. The whole closing process was so easy because Suad took care of problems before they even had the chance to arise. You will not regret hiring Suad as your realtor. She works harder than anyone I have worked with. She is professional, courteous, attentive to details, empathetic, knowledgeable about best practices, current on the Austin market, and beyond enthusiastic for the work she does. The best decision we ever made was hiring Suad as our realtor. read more
