She is organized and always keeps a good Schedule and is always affectionate and intuitive to the cats' differing needs. They never run out of food and whenever we go on vacation we are always glad that they are being cared for by her. I have always been happy how the house is when we return as she does a good job of housekeeping and keeping everything in good shape. I also feel that she is quite knowledgable about feline health and knows when one of the cats needs veterinary treatment or not. She is used to giving medicine to them , which as any cat owner knows is no Easy task!

Dr. Lyons is incredibly sweet and supportive--she always puts us at ease during visits. The vet tech is amazing too; they never forget us and always greet us like old friends. One of the best decisions I made was establishing care early on. It's the peace of mind knowing that when something comes up, we already had a trusted team ready to go. The location and the parking lot has easy access too. There's no 24/7 vet care on the Big Island, which is something I wish we had, but knowing I have a solid daytime team ready to go makes a huge difference.

The owner is also very nice, and finally is very conveniently located for where I live.

We were so grateful to have PP for our following, longer trip. We felt comfortable knowing she was being well cared for. When my husband picked her up, she'd been playing constantly with a couple of other dogs her size. Very pleased and not trusting anyone else with our dog.
