I did select about 12 fishes and his customer service was excellent. I should have gotten his name to give him proper credit on this form. I will be checking in again to see the selection of fish again in a few weeks. I've noticed a few places sell aquarium fish from home and will also check on them.

The groomer cut one of my dog's nails too close to the quick/vein, causing it to bleed, and also dremeled/filed the tops of multiple areas on his paws, which were also bleeding quite a bit. He was noticeably in pain afterward, which was extremely concerning as a pet owner. I understand accidents can happen, but cutting into the quick and over-dremeling multiple areas of his paws is not something I consider acceptable for a routine nail trim. I'm especially disappointed because I've used this service before without issues. I hope the grooming team takes greater care to prevent this from happening to another pet, especially as my poor baby is in pain!!
