Great place with lots of Aloha!…read more I had the pleasure of working with this kennel when my neighbor was called away suddenly and his dog needed to be cared for. I was able to call them, have the dog picked, and boarded, without a fuss. I just knew from the caring person I was speaking with on the phone, that my neighbor's dog would get the best care. They knew the vet, and worked with her to make sure all of the dog's medications where administered accordingly. I was incredibly impressed by their professionalism and follow-up. I have since, gone to a Dog Tricks Class (by Dawn at http://www.animalbizhawaii.com/) at this Kennel which was great fun. And I have had my dog groomed here as well, with great success. I will return for grooming (and boarding if I needed to) and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.. Thanks so much for the Excellent Customer Service. Mahalo!

I felt I got excellent value and quality care for the cost, and it gave me real peace of mind knowing they were well cared for.

We struck out at various other pet boarding facilities -- they were booked, had big demands like our dog stay with them for the day before they could stay overnight, which I kind of get -- but it was too hard for us to do. I'm REALLY glad we held out for Pampered Pooch. Kiki warmed up instantly to Eric -- she ALWAYS had growled at strangers, except for the vet herself. Eric kept us posted on how she was doing. We were so grateful to have PP for our following, longer trip. We felt comfortable knowing she was being well cared for. When my husband picked her up, she'd been playing constantly with a couple of other dogs her size. Very pleased and not trusting anyone else with our dog. The grounds are spacious and well cared for, too.

We thought we would never be able to bring him out in public. In only three weeks, Dustin had transformed our dog. Although we will probably never get rid of his prey drive, we can now manage it. The biggest improvement was with his dog aggression. We still keep him on a leash in public (like everyone should do!) but he is able to mostly ignore other dogs and keep his attention on us. He listens so well, and even fetches and brings the ball right back to us. He went from us first thinking he was deaf because he wouldn't even acknowledge commands to him sitting and laying on command. He will even sit and stay for a whole minute as we walk very far away and then comes running to us only on demand. Personalized dog training is expensive and was not an easy choice for us, but after the training was over, it was clear that it was the best thing we could have done. Seriously, it is night and day. Knowing what I know now, I would highly recommend getting your dog trained and trained by Dustin, especially if he is big, scary, and strong. Ian
