When they brought us in, they took us directly to an exam room, which I appreciated, because it was very stressful for me at a previous vet when I had to sit in a waiting room with my reactive dog while other animals were parading by. Front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. A friendly tech interviewed us about the dogs and created an estimate for services. He took the dogs back one by one for their bloodwork etc and Dr Zach examined them in the back. Then Dr Zach came to the exam room and discussed his opinions on the dogs. I was pleasantly surprised that he recommended the most conservative treatment options for their respective issues. There was no pressure or encouragement at all to jump into more aggressive treatment. Dr Zach was friendly and thoughtful and gave us all the time we needed to ask questions. Overall the price was acceptable for the exam and vaccinations. It was a little different not to be present for the vet's physical exam but I can't say that it actually made a difference in the results.
