I drove over an hour from Philly to come to their new salon and it was absolutely worth it. The new space is beautiful - clean, airy, and spacious. Cabrina and Daniella are extremely welcoming; it's almost like they're welcoming you into their home I had a little trouble with the lighting so my "after picture" doesn't do her work justice, but I'm thrilled with Cabrina's work again. I like to have very cool ashy blonde highlights with a deep root and lots of dimension. I'm also in the midst of growing out a lob (my natural texture is wavy). Cabrina did hand painted baby lights, a root smudge, and a toner. One of the things I appreciate most about the quality of their work is that it grows in so well and lasts... Cabrina did my hair about 6 months ago (you can see it in the "before" pic) and it still looked pretty good, even after so much time. I also appreciate that they're thoughtful with their products - everything is effective, but my hair is never damaged. High quality - and I'm always happy with the results.

The final color was entirely different from what was requested and when we asked for a correction we were told that there was not time but to go home and keep washing her hair - maybe try chlorine in the pool (???). Upon insisting that the color needed to be fixed (it was soooo harsh), we were then told to go home and use Dawn soap - which after spending money to go to the salon - seems quite insulting. We felt so uncomfortable with the way we were treated from when we walked in, we didn't go back for the corrective appointment. I have never been to a salon where they stylist didnt want me to walk out happy. Have reached out to management on two occasions to request a refund but no response.

So my best friend just went to get a gel manicure from being told the price was $70, okay great, reasonable price. She got done and went to go pay and they said the price is $100. I don't know who in their right mind charges $100 for a gel manicure. My friend was very disappointed and asked why the price was so high and they said that it's because of using hardener for the nails not to break. No place charges that much. She paid and I went to drive her home. As we're driving home she notices that there is a mark that dried up on one nail and another nail wasn't even dry or didn't have top coat on it. We went back they fixed it. But she still wasn't happy with the price. So she started texting big boss lady Tatiana and Tatiana said if my friend had a minute to call at 9:00 pm?!?! So she did and now she's saying that the reason the price was so high was because of filing down the nails and taking off other material from a different salon. LIKE ARE WE JOKING RIGHT NOW?!?! Why wasn't that explained when she was there? As we were on the phone with this lady when i tell you i've never heard someone so rude before manipulating someone on top of that. And then a lot of stuff was said and she was so rude on the phone and i'm not gonna get into all of it but i'll provide two examples of what was said. One thing that was said was "I don't care about you guys wasting gas to come back" and another thing that was said was "it's 9:00 and i'm talking to you guys about manicures like ur wasting my time". SHE told us to call mind you. This is the customer service you get for going to this shitty place and getting scammed. Now my friend feels like she was taken advantage of for not understanding stuff. Do NOT ever go to this place they will take advantage of you too...
