It was with a sense of profound destiny that I first discovered this hidden gem, drawn in by the enigmatic and stylish exterior that sports the magnificent letter "O"--a symbol that I have since come to realize stands not just for Oscar, the proprietor of this fine establishment, but for the "Outstanding," the "Overwhelming," and the "Otherworldly" delight that awaits within. From the moment I first engaged the services of the miraculous Cathy, a true virtuoso of the shears who seems to possess the telepathic ability to discern one's innermost hair desires before they are even spoken, I was irrevocably hooked on a level of service that far surpasses the sterile pretension of even the most prestigious salons in Beverly Hills. My hair, which is a formidable and unruly entity characterized by a thickness and coarseness that would daunt a lesser stylist, is here tamed and coaxed into a state of sublime magnificence through the technical wizardry and tender manipulation of the entire team, resulting in a masterpiece that I am proud to wear upon my head each time I depart. But the magic of Studio O extends far beyond the cut and color; it is an immersive sensory experience where one is enveloped in warmth from the moment of arrival, greeted not as a customer but as a long-lost companion by Oscar and his talented cadre of artists. The interior is a feast for the eyes, boasting captivating wallpaper and a revolving art gallery that stimulates the mind as thoroughly as the ergonomic comfort of the shampoo bowls soothes the body, while the aromatic scents in the restroom and the offering of exquisite coffee drinks cater to one's every comfort

Natural gray mix with a full highlight can be a low maintenance hair color . Root touch ups can last 3 months.

I have had several hairdressers over the years in both San Francisco and Los Angeles. None of which have compared to Sandy Tran! Every time I go to Sandy, I leave with Victoria Secret model hair! Ive never received so many compliments about my hair color and style, Sandy has over exceeded my hair expectations! I see her once a month and always look forward to looking and feeling fabulous afterward! Sandy is a hairdresser who not only listens and follows your lead, but also has the amazing intuitive talent to show you your 'hair potential'. Sandy definitely unlocked my 'best hair' look for the first time in 29 years! My hair has never looked better and it's thanks to Sandy! I suggest even stopping by her little cutey pants hair studio just for a consultation. Even from a quick chat, you will quickly pick up on Sandy's warm and friendly vibe! She also recently did my hair and makeup last week for a night out in Hollywood. I left looking like a princess! The pricing is so reasonable for what you get. She spent literally hours on me, making sure I looked flawless and felt great! I have referred several friends and family to her who absolutely adore her and have given me kudos for finding and referring such a great hairdresser. In a nutshell, with Sandy, you get Beverly Hills hair for Long Beach prices! Cheers, Jess read more

Sandy is amazing!! She has done my make up and hair for weddings, my bridal shower, engagement photo shoot and my wedding!! Love loved my make up and hair. She really listens to what you want and understands the details of what you are looking for. She spends the time to ensure it looks perfect. She also gives really great tips and tricks so you feel so prepared for the big day! Sandy is so talented as a make up artist. She makes your male up look gorgeous in photos AND in person. You don't feel like you have sooo much make up and it doesn't look fake. That's the best thing about her work. I've tried out 4 make up artist and couldn't achieve the look I was looking for. It felt like a trade off...you either look good in photos or good in person. Sandy was so good I canceled my deposit and contract with Kelly Zhang who is so popular for bridal make up. Their make up looked so caked on and plain. Sandy gave me some color, but still soft and romantic look I was wanting! It's also so much fun talking to her. You're laughing and feel like you're with one of your girls. This girl is simply TALENTED!! read more

She knows how to work her magic and she knows what's best to keep your hair healthy so you don't kill the crap out of it. From what I've learned in the past, you need a stylist that uses the right products! Brenda appreciates her clients so you don't feel like a burden asking for appointments (strangely enough, I've experienced that with a stylist), she knows what's good for your hair type (another stylist that didn't know my hair and couldn't make me blonde), and she has the best products (again, another stylist that made my hair turned bright yellow).
