My nail tech was the most petite girl there, she was about 4'9" (I'm so sorry I forgot your name, but thank you so much for the amazing pedicure!) She did such a great job in cleaning, trimming and removing dead skin. She was gentle and thorough, very detail oriented. She made sure everything was even and did a great job shaping especially with my short toe nails, I know that can be tough. I liked how she checked for the proper length of my toenails by not only looking but also by feeling the top edge of the nail vs. the skin on the top of your toe to make sure it doesn't protrude too much. Then when it came time to paint, WOW. She was amazing at painting. Everything was even and she even got the hard to reach edges.

Instead of showing patience, compassion, or even attempting to accommodate her, they simply refused to provide her with service. People with disabilities deserve the same dignity, respect, and opportunity to receive services as anyone else. Watching my sister be turned away because of something she cannot control was heartbreaking and completely unacceptable. I would never recommend a business that makes a person with a disability feel unwelcome or like they are a burden. Do better. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect.

Instead, someone else ended up doing my mom's nails, despite us specifically coming back for the technician we had requested. On top of that, the quality of the nail service was not what we expected. The paint application was uneven and looked poorly done, which was especially disappointing given that we made a separate trip back to the salon. I understand that things can happen, but the overall experience felt unprofessional and left us very disappointed especially because i've been coming here for over a year every two weeks, Cindy always asks about my mom and when my mom comes in she's not even acknowledged. When customers specifically request a technician and make the effort to return for that person, I believe they should be treated with more consideration and professionalism. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we will not be returning.

I had went to get a removal of acrylics and gel. When I first got there, the lady, I believe her name was Alexandra was very kind. I won't lie to you. She was very professional. She took my nails off no problem however, then she passed me to a different girl. This girl was going to be doing my gel manicure. When she had asked what I wanted to do to my nails, I had explained to her the design which I don't believe was intricate at all. It was very simple. She explained that she could not do that when she told me that she couldn't do it. She was halfway done with taking the remaining acrylic off my nail, but I could still see acrylic was on several of my nails. In this, she also cut me not once but three times on the bottom of my nail. If everyone knows what I'm talking about it's the skin that grows with your nail at the bottom. Let's just say it was very painful and it's still very painful. When I told her I wanted to go to a different salon because I wanted the specific design she changed her attitude real quick. I still explained to her I would pay for the removal of the acrylic to which she said oh no, I did a manicure on you which she did not. How are you gonna tell me that you did a manicure on me when I still see my cuticles not cut three of my nails still have acrylic on them and you cut me three times. I then asked OK how much is it gonna be to which she asked her boss and the boss also agreed to only charge me for the removal of the acrylic. Let's just say I will not be going back here again and I suggest others don't because what you are about to pay is not worth the quality that you're gonna get with your nails. Trying to charge me almost $50 to cut me. Have acrylic still on my nails and not do the simple design that I asked.

First timer, read reviews, decided to give it a try and got a Gel Mani & Gel Pedi. First red flag was the reuse of buckets to soak your feet which you can visibly see it was not fully clean and there are specks in the water. Second red flag, while getting my Pedi, I made sure the tools were visibly clean but I noticed all tools are taken from a box labeled "SOILED"!! Soiled=Dirty! I gave this place one star because the ladies were sweet but this place is not sanitary AT ALL. I read previous reviews about this salon not being clean etc and they definitely ARE NOT. They reuse scrub brushes, nail clippers, cuticle cutters, pedicure buckets, mani bowls etc. I've had worse nails in my lifetime but these were not all worth $55 for Gel Mani and Gel Pedi. First time customer and let me tell you..The salon is very clean and the workers were very friendly and helpful. Very reasonable prices! They also have tons of gel and regular polishes to choose from I got a gel pedicure with design and crystals and it came out so cute! Also very important, I noticed while getting my pedicure that all the tools they use are autoclaved and disinfected very well which is a BIG deal to me since I have gotten fungus from another nail salon that didn't autoclave or disinfect there tools properly. So the fact that they do is a MAJOR plus if you are a germaphobe like me lol Anyways experience was a 10/10 and I will definitely be coming back! :) read more

Had a great experience today I went with my mom hadn't seen tommy the new owner for so long over maybe 10 yrs I known her love her so much and as soon as I heard she got this shop I came today with my mother to get our pedicure and manicure they did a great job first time trying her sister and her mom Ana does a great job too we loved it and also loved how tommy took her time to do my eyebrows loved them had a great experience like always but today I just felt so special she took care of us so good and we left happy and happy to go back I recommend this great place 100% amazing job if you go you will leave 100% satisfy and prices are great too . read more

First of all I want to start of by saying this is not a Chinese owner or nor workers, there for u will not feel they are talking about you when these ladies are talking to each other. Yes, they speak English :). The place is beautiful u will defenetly feel in place. These girls make u feel like if ur home getting ur nails done :) . I always come here to get my nails done and every time i come they always greet me with a warm smile and are super nice. Every single nail set that i've gotten from here are always super pretty and look like the inspiration picture that i show them. They always ask you to look at your nails throughout the process of getting them done to make sure you like them.
