they did my pedicure in 6 minutes....they don't sanitize ANY of their tools and they reuse nail files and foot scrubs. the lady didn't remove all of my old nail polish, she didn't file my nails, clean under my nail, cut any cuticle, or even push the cuticle back. everyone else in the salon got 30+ min pedicure and she went so fast that the nail polish was really splotchy and she missed a lot of steps. i asked her to remove my old polish and she didn't. when i told her to fix one of the nails she kept painting on top of the messy polish making it so bumpy. she cut my small toenail so slanted i didn't even want to ask her to fix it in case she made it worse. pictures don't lie. read more

I want into this establishment for the first time. The owner was everything but welcoming, I inquired about the Hard Gel Overlay technique. She was confused as if she didn't know what that was. Then She said she did do it but had several people in front of me. The place was empty. So I said what time may I return, she answered when do you have time? I was here about 3 weeks ago with my mom. We both came in to get nails. I came in to get a full set and my mom to get fill and color. They used cotton balls soaked in acetone wrapped around my nails with foil pretty basic stuff so you would think. Well they let me sit there for 30 minutes like that...i had to get someones attention to come finish this, and they had three nail techs just sitting there not doing anything, very unprofessional. As one of the lazy workers comes over I wanted to confirm the price for a set. She said $55 for a short set, at this point i just felt like this place is way over priced and they seem like they don't want to work and definitely don't care how long you are there for. I said that i changed my mind and i would just pay for the services that they had rendered thus far, she seemed pretty upset, but i wasn't about to pay $80 to $100 for a set of basic nails. Now my mom was already having her nails done and did not know that i changed my mind not to have them do my nails. The tech working on her started getting really rough with her hand and fingers. Uncomfortably rough. My mom noticed that i was sitting down and asked me what was happening, at this time I told the nail tech to be gentle and be careful with her hand and fingers, the nail tech woman was looking at me like she had no idea that she was being so rough. When you do something intentionally because you or your coworkers are upset and then try to rough up a paying customer you should be ashamed of yourselves. This place has horrible customer service and basically lazy workers. I have never been sat down for 30 minutes to remove color, that is just laziness of the nail techs and pathetic...also this place seems to have zero ventilation and it seems they use cheap product it stinks in there so bad like monomer all over the place no matter where you sit in this shit place ....id have to say worst ventilation of any nail salon that i have been too. I have been to a lot of them. Go somewhere else to get your nails done. This place needs to be shut down immediately. read more

Just left and will never return. I paid way TOO MUCH for reg "spa" manicure and pedicure. First of all there was no warm water with bubbles. I don't know about the cleanliness of this place. I hope I don't get fungus because they don't place any covering on it. My manicurist was done within 5 minutes. She was so fast I didn't remember her doing my right hand. She rushed thru the cleaning. I don't like that at all! She didn't even massaged my arms at all, no lotion, nothing! She was the young, thin girl who knew English. She had an upbeat attitude but her work I don't appreciate. I pay $10 for a manicure in Downey. A much thural salon. I appreciate the fact that the lady doing my pedicure took my ingrown nail out. She wasn't pleasant, very harsh with her service. $17 for pedicure is ridicules for this place. I paid $27 bucks here for such a sucky service. First time here. Was in desperate need of a manicure and drove by to see this place was fairly new so I walked in and gave it a try. No receptionist, just a yellow legal note pad and a pencil holder with pens. A manicurist came out and looked at the list to see who's next and then proceeded to ask if i signed in? Uughh really?! There was a 2 hour wait...fine! I signed in and waited. It dawned on me why the wait was so long... no drills, just alot of hand filing. Also if you want a mani & pedi, you'll have wait until your nails are done FIRST then they'll do your pedi. One star is being nice. I'm a long time customer, I've been coming with Anna for more than 5 years. Irene was so rude! I was there for more than an hour before another customer came in. They didn't wanna do my toe nails because they were three and they were more important. I quote, "have you been a customer for more than 20 years? No? Okay sorry!" I was upset, so Ana ended up taking out my ingrown toe nail. When it was time to do my nails she kicked me out (literally) and took the other customer. I don't give a damn how long she's been following. As a customer I have the same right, specially for someone who is there every two weeks. I'll miss Ana and Tammy but I'm not coming back. Worst pedí I've ever gotten. My regular nail place is in montebello. I had no time to drive over there I saw this place had just opened not to long ago so I decided to give it a shot. I could have done a better job myself at home. 1. She cut the cuticles on one foot and not the other. 2. I asked her to file my nails evenly most if not all were. lopsided. 3. When she buffed the top of my nail she also buffed my skin, most of the pedi I was in pain. If it wasn't the filing of my skin, it was her cutting me with the cuticle cutters. 4. Came in as a new customer with my mother and we both wanted pedis & manis, my mom asked her to put a fake nail on her toes cause they were shorter then she was use too, so as the lady begins she starts to clip my moms toenails EXTREMELY short to the point it hurts her and her skin under is showing. We warned them MULTIPLE TIMES, DO NOT CUT THEM SHORT. They didn't listen to a single word, they had a bad attitude about it when we said something. Now for me I also asked for acrylic and a fake nail cause one nail was long then the other, and she made my toenail bumpy and uneven and extremely thick, when we tried correcting her she started saying that the nail polish will cover it. She didn't want to fix it. We stopped mid way when we saw that they !!!DIDNT EVEN SANITIZE THEIR TOOLS!!!! I saw a roach and it's smelled horrible in there. All they said was sorry instead of trying to fix anything. We were trying to praise them in the beginning because they had good reviews and even their own worker "TAMMY" was saying "oh don't listen to the reviews, I'm not that good" like wtf?? I decided to give this place a shot on 11/27/2015. The girls are funny , friendly and nice. However they need more experience with the acrylic nails. I asked for small, almond shaped, in a maroon gel color acrylic nails. I uploaded a photo it is the one that shows small black nail polished nails with more of a claw shape than almond. Ive had almond before and i am familiar with the shape. Worst pedicure ever. It was done within 15 minutes! How can you do a good job in such a short amount of time? You CAN'T! She barely even cut my cuticles, did a bad job digging out my ingrown nails, tricked me into a callus removal treatment that wasn't what a real treatment consist of. Literally all she did was poor some lotion on my foot, cover it in a plastic bag for a couple of minutes and then used a normal pumice sponge. She didn't use that special lil scrapper other salons use. She then did the worst job painting my nails. My 6 year old nephew does a better job of coloring inside the lines than this girl! I will never come back here and I suggest you don't even bother trying it out. You will be disappointed and upset at throwing away $20. read more

But unfortunately I had a horrible experience, I went in to get a full set of course with Tammy but two other women walked in and she refused to do my nails. When I asked if she can at least do the design she kept telling me that everything I wanted they didn't have. The girl who did my design left tons of glue residue on my nails the gems looked as if a toddler placed them on my nails. I had to go back in twice because the gems kept falling off. The second time I went in I asked to remove all the gems because they looked horrible, I had hopes they would do a better job then last time. THEY DIDNT! the girl left my nails round although I specifically asked for coffin shape. She left nail polish all over my hands and finger and didn't even clean them. They charged me for a service I didn't even ask for, I simply wanted the gems removed and they gave me a so called "color change". While the technician was doing my nails she asked me my name then laughed and said that's how I know you're Mexican which I did not find funny. I truly believe that the new staff is not trained properly or capable of doing their job correctly. I will no longer return to this establishment. read more

Worst experience ever, now that i can see my nails good they are horrible so thick and cover some of the sides, if i look closely some of the shapes look off. When i was there i was the last one to leave and i had been there for 3:30 hours, the girl took 3 hrs to do my nails everyone who came before me left before me. I've been going here for about 2 or 3 months. But yesterday when i went in a younger gentleman did my pedicure. He claimed i had ingrown nails, and clipped my nails as if they were ingrown. He was hurting me so I told him to just leave it like that because I don't have ingrown nails. But he didn't. I've never been in pain after a pedicure.
