Worst nail tech I've ever had. Rude, rushed, and did the sloppiest job. I wouldn't come here for free. Huffed, puffed, and whined when I asked her to make a correction as if I was inconveniencing her. Keep in mind this took 2hrs while others were waiting. She clearly doesn't know how to do Gel X which is false advertising. I came for a pedicure and they didn't even give me an option to choose which pedicure I wanted because I'm assuming they were in a rush. I usually pay for the extra services but skipped out because they didn't even offer. Pedicure was just as rushed and shitty but I still tipped because he wasn't a dick. Caught her throwing around my jacket from chair to chair like a weirdo... Was a regular customer of 6 months and relieved to say this was my LAST VISIT! Btw- just FYI their hours are inconsistent. Came here when they were allegedly 'open' but everything was gated up well past opening. embarrassed I ever suggested this place and will advise to all my friends and family moving forward. read more

I've been coming here for a few months now. The ladies are always nice, you can call and schedule an appointment and they are punctual. The salon is very clean and the chairs have massagers! That's the best after a long day at work. They offer multiple services and at great prices and variety of nail polish colors and designs. I would totally recommend. read more

I normally don't leave reviews but this is necessary, first of all the color request I asked for was completely off, I have a lot of cuts on my fingers around most of my nails and the lady clearly can no follow instructions. The lady asked me several times what color I wanted just so she can get it wrong. Mind you I was the first customer there, then she was in a hurry for no reason she kept hurting me and was not acknowledging I was uncomfortable. My nails ended up looking horrible after multiple times of telling her what I wanted. And they still charged me full price. I would t recommend this place because they don't even respect you and your time and money. I started coming here for a while and liked it but I am not sure if the staff changed point is I went for a pedicure recently and the man doing my pedicure cut me a bit but no biggie. When putting the nail polish and mind you was on his phone touching other items and used his nail to clean the polish between the nail and skin and now one of my nails is infected. UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP!! It was my girlfriend's first time here and she was nervous trying a new place to her and on top of its under new ownership. SHE LOVES IT! The staff was friendly, accommodating and easy to work with. Kim was great and she highly recommends her. The atmosphere is clean and inviting. For your HEALTH and SAFETY don't come to this place. I truly regret not listening to Summer S. review and giving this place a chance. I figured maybe it was just a bad singular experience she had but little did I know the exact same thing was going to happen to me. I had the worst experience I've ever had at this nail salon. I was there for almost four hours for what should have been a simple gel mani pedi. The gel mani was absolutely horrible with my natural nail showing through, nail polish all over my hands and cuticles, and her aggressively scratching off all the nail polish she left all over on my skin, but still leaving some on. I communicated that there wasn't enough polish on my nails and she assured me she would fix it but finished up the manicure anyway. The lady doing my pedicure was coughing and sneezing the whole time which I would not have minded if she kept her mask on the entire time which she did not. At a certain point she sneezed directly in the direction of my foot without wearing a mask and did not bother cleaning her face until afterward nor did she sanitize her work space. The woman doing my pedicure realized I was unhappy with my manicure and assured me she would fix it. I stayed because I knew that they were going to likely make my pay for the awful manicure anyway. She did a much more meticulous job at trying to fix my gel manicure but kept making me bleed. She would constantly spray alcohol that would burn my fingers and wipe it with a dirty towel. Ultimately after being there for so long I couldn't bother to even pay attention to the final product as after almost four hours I really needed to go home. I truly regret tipping as now, only a few hours after, my nails are flaking and the cuts on my fingers are so painful. I was never offered a discount or anything of a sort after. I wanted to support a business in my community but this was not it. The positive reviews are misleading and disappointing as I was really looking forward to finding a new place to get my nails done. I went in today for a Fill and a pedicure. They were extremely efficient. While someone was working on the pedicure someone was also fixing my nails, they took their time and paid attention to detail. They look amazing and it was not pricey at all. I think I paid $39 total. The guy was so nice and LAN, the girl was very careful. read more

Just no... honestly even voicing my concerns and they just brushed you off. I still tipped ! It was Sunday I showed up towards the end of the day. Immediately I was seated for my pedicure and had also asked for dip powder. Ana, who seems to be the owner started on my pedicure I requested the basic package and like a true business woman she is, insisted on a more expensive package, I agreed. Cause "it's good for me". Another lady started to file down the gel coat on my nails. Y'all know what I mean when they stay on one stop for to long that little nail filer machine heats up fast and I felt it! She had filed too long to the point it burned, leaving my nails too thin. Here's the part where I was immediately concerned, 2 woman now working on my hands " to help" I stated and asked, " If 2 people are working on my nails, they'll come out different?... immediately brushed off and again "just helping" and yup my right hand nails were filed way too much and the girl doing the dip struggled because she knew they had messed up. The pedicure was alright but the damage on my nails was already done, Cindy, a young girl tried to fix it but ultimately had to file my nails short to make them somewhat even. Not worth the price. Cause they charge for the soak off and any little extra thing. My nails will grow back out but a lot more brittle cause they were file down way too much... ugh just not worth it. read more

The female nail tech (the only lady working here who wears glasses) filed three of my nails and I had to walk out. She filed the top of my nail bed so aggressively and now there are deep scratches.... I asked her why she was doing that and she said "don't worry. I buff." Worst customer service EVER ! Went in for a fill for 1 nail and got pressured to get a fill on all my nail with the man following "its $23 $23 nothing" so I said ok. As I was getting my nails filled I over heard another women who works there continuously ask my daughters if they wanted to get their nails done. "It's only $5 dolla" leading to the women asking me 3 times. The man (did t get his name) was in a rush because of the way he was working. He wouldn't allow me to have my nails in the gel mechanic till the timer went off. Within a few seconds he would say "ok switch switch" I had a nail with acrylic glitter from my previous set so I asked him not to remove it or put color on top of it to simply fill the top and put clear on top. He never removed the gel from my ring fingers! So when I brought it up to him he told me "ok shh I do this many years I know what I'm doing". When it came time to pay he asked me for a tip. When I said no the lady's in the back were laughing and making comments in their native language. Within two hours after leaving the salon my feelings began to fall off and the gel polish as well. So I called the place and they told me I could either go now or I can call the bank and get my money back so I proceeded to tell her I can go tomorrow morning and she said "no now or no mor" I would highly suggest you go somewhere else even though it's just $23 that's still hard earned money. read more

I would come here a few times and this one woman did my eyebrows amazingly. Except in one visit here i got: hot wax on my hair (i was getting them waxed), a mirror dropped on my face, and they fucked up my eyebrow so horribly I have to wear beanies to cover them. The lady got wax on my hair and kept ripping it off!! It was on my hair line and it wasn't a little bit IT WAS ALOT! I looked so ridiculous leaving. Worst experience I have ever experienced. And not to mention they charged me the full price and not even an apology. Horrible. I would also get my nails done here and I would tell the man to not remove so much since I have a sensitive nail bed. He never listens and his long nails hurt me. Absolutely horrible.
