You have to go to the drybar website and under booking the phone number that does work is there. I removed the cap and offending foils and waited for Susannah to return to back. After nearly 20 years of foils, I've never had an experience of being burned under a dryer. The appointment continued and she didn't say anything about damage. The appointment continued and when finished it was not what I had expected nor envisioned. I was told it was due to the color I had when I came in except I had almost no color as I was highlighted and toned only. She told me I needed another appointment to achieve the desired results. The next morning I rinsed my hair (cold water only) and could hardly pass a comb through the area where the foils over heated, which is the majority of the back of my head. I politely texted and told her the situation and that I was pretty unhappy she didn't tell me about the damage so that I could have adjusted my haircut accordingly. I offered to pay for the haircut but asked for a refund on the color. She told me no - that she provided labor and products and I could come in for alterations but there would be no refunds. She also admitted that her dryer was new and she didn't realize or know how hot it gets. She asked me if I would ask my dentist for a refund. I told her again that I don't have the time or childcare to come in, asked once again for a refund and even said how I want to end this on a good note and be able to close the transaction out with a positive review. I was told not to "threaten" her with reviews. In actuality, that wasn't my intent whatsoever. I work in social media and know how important customer service is to small businesses. I was hoping that a bumpy transaction could have been rectified and I could have said "hey this happened but it ended up being okay in the end because of great customer service." I was also told that she has a no refund policy. Policies have exceptions when you ruin someone's hair. I guess in these circumstances you can burn someone's hair off their head and have zero accountability. Really pathetic customer service.

Because my hair was damaged at the beginning we had to cut off at least 4inches but she also applied deep conditioning and restructuring treatment to help my hair take on the blonde without further damaging. Camille is super friendly, a fun conversationalist, an extremely talented hairdresser, and overall a wonderful person! I am so happy I decided to give her a try when I needed a new stylist. Camille did my hair EXACTLY how I wanted, and to top it off, she gives a killer head massage after washing your hair. Sooooo relaxing and lovely, and not the super short little head rub that leaves you wanting more. On top of giving me perfect highlights, Camille gave me a haircut that kept the length like I wanted, but framed my face a bit and got rid of my split ends. I'm extremely pleased with how the haircut turned out! I am just so satisfied with my hair. I walked into the salon in a cranky, PMSey mood, and left on cloud nine with a smile on my face. She has a new regular customer in me! One thing I noticed was that every one of their customers who came in while I was there absolutely adored the ladies here. That's always a great sign when trying out a new business! There was a ton of laughing and giggling and salon gossip that I enjoyed eavesdropping on lol. They are a little pricey, but some things are worth paying a little extra for, and I would rather pay a little more once, than pay less and have to pay more after to fix a cheap hair job! I think the price was worth the amazing service and end results. Overall, I would recommend them to anyone. They are a fabulous salon, in a lovely atmosphere, with fantastic service, and whose stylists are professional and great at their job. I'm super duper happy with my choice in trying them out and I will definitely be back as a regular customer!
