Her quote sounded too good to be true, but I went and met with her and seen some of the other dresses that she had made. They were beautiful so and her prices were very reasonable. So, I decided to give it a shot. I must admit it sounded wayyy too good to be true. She also told us that she could make my fiancé's suit. At that very 1st visit she took our measurements. We left not knowing exactly we were going to get, even kind of nervous. But hopeful at the same time. She was very quick, and we went in for our 1st fitting. My fiancé's jacket and vest looked great, and fit him just about perfectly at the 1st fitting. I must admit I wasn't happy with my dress at all... here's where I went into freak out mode. Yani pretty much told me to trust the process. Since I had never had a custom dress made... i did not trust the process at all. When I came back for the next fitting, I can tell you that all my stress was for nothing. The dress was almost perfect. I was like... YES! This is so much better. By my last fitting the dress was perfect. Absolutely perfect! This past weekend was our wedding. I got so many complements on my dress. It fit perfectly. You can tell it was made just for me. I am very short and it didn't drag the ground at all. At the end of the night, I didn't even want to take it off. I want to wear it again. I'm said that it was just for that occasion. While she was ringing up my girlfriend's stuff, my gf noticed the shirt was in fact in stock and on the rack next to the counter. My gf asked the clerk if she could try it on. While she was trying the shirt on, she overheard this clerk say to the other clerk she couldn't stand my girlfriend and didn't know how long she was going to be in the dressing room. This happened at 4:00 PM on 1-13-2020. Discretion...it goes along way. I get customers can be annoying. And I'm sorry you were in the middle of ringing her up already. But if you had known what you actually had in stock, my gf wouldn't have checked out yet. We all have our bad days, but these ladies could use a lesson in customer service 101.
