Unfortunately, I ended up returning my purchase here only because I found a better option for what I was looking for elsewhere. However, the customer service was fantastic (Amy was so helpful!) while I was trying out the blazers. I felt soooo bad going back to return the blazer I chose out only an hour after purchasing because they provided such wonderful customer service. They were also super nice to me even while I was returning my blazer which you rarely find from retail stores.

However, after my experience yesterday at Anthropologie in Town & Country, I feel compelled to share it. I shop with Anthropologie frequently and spend a significant amount online because my work schedule doesn't allow me much time to shop in stores. Like many customers, I order multiple sizes and styles online because sizing can vary so much. Yesterday, I went into the Town & Country store to return a jacket and a pair of pants. I was immediately told they were final sale, which I knew was incorrect. Instead of helping me, the associate argued with me until a manager became involved. The entire interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. The most frustrating part involved a pair of sandals I purchased at full price for $168. After wearing them for only a couple of hours, a portion of the footbed began lifting. I brought them in because they were clearly defective and expected an exchange or replacement. Instead, I was told the shoes would be damaged out, but I would still have to purchase a brand-new pair. That made absolutely no sense to me. If a product is defective, why would the customer be required to pay again for the same item? Throughout the entire visit, I felt like I was being judged simply because I had returns. Unfortunately, this isn't the first uncomfortable experience my husband and I have had at this location. I understand that retail employees deal with returns every day, but online shopping and returns are part of today's retail environment. Customers should never feel like an inconvenience for following the store's return process. This was, without question, the worst customer service experience I've had at an Anthropologie store, and because of it, I will not return to the Town & Country location.

*DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE*…read more It's in a run down little strip shopping center in a run down part of town. We go in and I tell them I have a faja ordered already being custom made, so I want a waist trainer. The ladies behind the counter tell me no I need a faja for compression. I told them that I already knew that and just needed a quick something until the next week when my faja came in. They kept telling me no and measured me for a faja. They gave me the size they measured me for and I couldn't try it on due to Covid and the dressing rooms being down. I go home and try to put it on, but I can't. It doesn't even go past my knees. I return to the store and tell them this. They try to give me a bigger size, which still doesn't work. They tried to then help me with a waist trainer like I originally asked for. When I pick that out they then tell me that I can exchange the faja for the waist trainer. There is about a $70 difference though. They told me I could have store credit for the rest. I told them, no I want my money back. I never even wanted the faja. I should've been sold the waist trainer in the first place. I needed up setting all their merchandise back on the counter and told them I no longer wanted anything from their store and just want my money back. They told me no they don't do refunds. So we left the store with nothing and we're out $150. *DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE* The exchange offered also did not fit. It was 2 sizes bigger than what was originally measured in store. So clearly I never even put on the first one. Also, they put in a protective lining, that way it can be exchanged. That means they are going to be putting it back on the shelf anyways.

This was my first time... And boy was it good…read more.. The owner was patient and even assisted with a try-on. She educated me on some future products that I might want to try. The best part was that her prices were cheaper than many others. Sure, there's a bit of a language barrier with some of the employees, but hey more than make up for that in music...

I went to the store planning on buying this wonderful dress but the staff were so extremely rude and were very gossipy constantly whispering and making crude remarks about many customers including me. People like that have no place in customer service. The workers were so horrible I instead thought it was in my best interest to go to a different Banana Republic. The Banana Republic in the Galleria was absolutely fantastic with extremely kind workers. I was too shocked by their crude remarks to get their names and report them to corporate but I will never shop at that location again.

BR may be a bit pricey at times but the sales are amazing! The sale racks hold some incredible deals that are truly worth the money. The staff that I dealt with were quite cordial and very helpful. The store was neat and clean in spite being pretty busy. The only thing I don't quite like is the unisex dressing room. I really wish it was separated by gender for privacy. If you are unfamiliar with this feature, be prepared to hear a mix of voices and remember not to come out to take a peek in the 3-way mirror without being "ready".

Tommy was the most sweetest person ever to me, explaining the T-shirts and their various fits and features. He even offered me the best sparking water I've ever had in my life. He also gift wrapped what I bought in the cutest packaging. They don't carry women's clothes so just keep that in mind that this is a men's store only. Also there's no parking.
