She shampooed my lashes, took some off that were growing out and gave me amazing "light volume" lashes! I can't even feel the lashes and I've gotten so many compliments on them. Look no further! Brenda is the girl for eyeliner tattoo!…read more I have been looking for a place to get my eyeliner tattooed because I really didn't want to see smudged eyeliner by the end of the day anymore. Or when I accidentally scratch my eyes or do something crazy. Personally, I think semi-permanent make-up is the way to go for my lifestyle and makeup habits. I usually only wear natural make-up so I opted for the Simple Subtle Lash Liner. I browsed Brenda's reviews on Yelp, and I looked at her website and Instagram page before I contacted her. So Brenda enticed me to come in for consultation by seeing that she is all about focusing on au natural type semi-permanent make-up. Since that's what I wanted, I went ahead and booked an appointment. The procedure wasn't as painful or as scary as I thought it would be. The result also looked REALLY good! The colour was fantastic and I could totally see it so natural looking. After a few weeks, it healed, then I decided to go in for a touch up for a bit more of a darker look. It was so epic. Exceptional work. Pink walls. Very girly. Loved it.

I read reviews, checked out Instagram feeds, watched YouTube videos, and scoured websites for months, before deciding on B for Brows. The end result is that I'm SO happy with my eyebrows after Brenda got a hold of them and so glad that I took the leap with microblading. I only wish that I had done it sooner. With my new waterproof brows, my morning routine is so much quicker and I'm much more confident leaving the house without make-up. If you are still undecided about where to go for microblading, here is why you should choose Brenda: *EXPERTISE - Brenda has expert training and specializes in microblading eyebrows! She does not do other cosmetic procedures as she is a master at shaping and sculpting beautiful and natural eyebrows. *HYGIENE - Brenda has a background in the Dentistry field, so she is trained and knowledgeable about hygienic practices. Her studio is beautiful, bright, clean and private! *PROFESSIONAL - Before your procedure, Brenda takes the time to talk with you about your eyebrows, from colour and shape, to thickness and arch - what you don't like and what you hope to achieve after microblading. During the procedure, she also explains in detail what she is going to do and why, so you are prepared. She also provides detailed instructions on AFTERCARE - super important! *FRIENDLY - Brenda, herself, is very friendly, warm, and welcoming. Feel free to chat her up while the numbing cream takes effect. *NATURAL - I wanted natural looking eyebrows and Brenda delivered. If you look through her portfolio, this is her specialty.

I recently decided to look into getting powder brows and after hours of research and trawling…read morethrough reviews, I settled on Brow Beauty with Melissa and it was the best possible decision I could have made. From the get-go, Melissa was patient with my questions, making sure that all my concerns were addressed in full. When it came to booking, the system releases dates for the next month on the first day of the current month and my advice would be to book ASAP. It floored me how quickly dates disappeared from the booking calendar - though that's also a pretty strong indicator of how popular/sought-after a brow appointment at Brow Beauty is! During the day of, Melissa was great with advising me on what shape/color would work best for me (she's the expert!) and definitely helped to put me at ease. The process itself was relatively painless and lasted a little over two hours. Afterwards, she was clear on how important post-care was - no exercise, stay out of direct sunlight and the ever important, don't pick at scabs! The healing process itself took about two weeks, and the best piece of advice I have for anyone going through this is to trust the staff and trust the process. Right after the appointment there was definitely some mild swelling (which I was forewarned about) and I'd read enough stories/reviews describing the post-appointment look as "Angry Birds." Thankfully, I had more of a "Mildly Concerned Birds" look during the first two days, but within the first week, the healing process started and the brows both lightened and thinned out - just as Melissa had assured me they would! I got compliments from coworkers straightaway and I was happy to tell them all about Melissa and Brow Beauty. After a month, the eyebrows settled and they look amazing - just went back for my touch-up and couldn't be more thrilled with the results. Many thanks to Melissa and Brow Beauty - you guys are incredible!
