Goods came and checked the unit and made full diagnostics (which the installers never had done). The unit is now running well - better than when newly installed. Great service and very reasonable prices with knowledgeable technicians who have years of experience.

Their service was prompt and professional. The sewer line from my house to the city line was…read morebacking up into the driveway. I spoke to them in the morning and by 3pm they were here. They unclogged the line and then ran the camera through the line. Luigi and I were both very surprised to see that the last company that was out here in January 2021 for the same problems broke off part of their snake. And there is 30 ft of snake in my drain. Luigi gave me an estimate for digging up the driveway to retrieve the piece of snake. The estimate I felt was very fair, he included the work he had done that day into the estimate. I feel this is a very good company to call when you have a plumbing problem. Pat D

I hired McVay to replace my sewer lateral and house trap. During a subsequent plumbing project,…read moreanother licensed plumbing company discovered several serious installation defects, including a house trap pitched backward, an improperly configured pipe connection, and a PVC joint that hadn't been properly bonded. Approximately 10 feet of piping was retaining raw sewage. The findings were professionally documented with measurements, photographs, and video. The defective installation had to be removed and replaced. What disappointed me most wasn't the mistakes themselves, but McVay's response. I contacted them immediately, but it took several days to receive a callback. With 50 feet of open trench inside my home, waiting indefinitely wasn't an option, so the other company documented the problems and completed the repairs. When presented with the evidence, McVay denied warranty coverage because they hadn't inspected the work themselves, relying instead on a county inspection that had previously approved the installation. Despite the detailed documentation, there was no offer to visit, meaningfully investigate, or even express concern. I wasn't seeking compensation. The repairs were completed at no additional cost to me. I simply expected some accountability. **Mistakes happen. How a company handles them says everything about its integrity.** I would never hire McVay again.

In what was an extremely stressful situation Pat (the owner) quickly answered every phone call with my endless questions in the shortest of time frames. I committed to him doing all the work Tuesday night and he told me his goal was to have my gas back on the following evening and he did - less than 24 hours!!! I did have another issue with my hot water tank (a manufacturing defect) and he showed up again to resolve that issue too!! His work ethic is top notch. His entire crew (Justin, Wes, and Callum) literally worked their asses off in pouring rain, cold and wind, up a hill, thru tree roots - hand digging - they didn't stop all day. Maybe a 10 minute lunch break. I felt so bad and they all were so pleasant and respectful. Elissa in the office was the first person I had contact with and she was so easy and compassionate to work with. She offered to drive to my house with anything I needed while my gas was off!! Impressed doesn't even begin to cover how I feel about this experience. The entire team exceeded my expectations. I don't have a single complaint besides wishing I had known about them before this issue even happened. 10/10 I can't recommend them enough!! We are always quick to complain about a company who screws us over, but this company deserves all the praise and good word of mouth!!
