I was very excited to try this food truck as coworkers were telling me how good this food truck was - generous portions and great taste. This truck serves up a hollowed out baguette stuffed with a protein (chili, chickpeas or chicken) and you get to pick the sauce and veggie that go inside. I got the chicken medley $7 with the stuff it chipotle sauce and veggies. People kept telling me how massive the sandwich would be but I have to say I was quite disappointed as it seemed like a regular sandwich to me. I finished one and still had room for more food and my friend who also had the chicken agreed that the portion was pretty average. I would not consider this sandwich as "stuffed" beyond capacity. The sandwich was easy to eat and well contained in the wrap it came in, so how stuffed could that sandwich be? And unfortunately the sauce had no real taste and there was barely any chicken in my sandwich. It actually felt like I was eating a veggie sandwich so I was kinda disappointed. Was it an off day?
