This was one of those "how have I never been back here?" Tucson moments.
I recently visited this plaza for the first time, and I was genuinely surprised by how expansive and full it is. It's not just one or two suites tucked away--it feels like a mini wellness ecosystem. I was in Studio A, and within that space alone there are multiple practitioners working out of different rooms. Massage therapy, bodywork, wellness services--it just keeps unfolding the more you look around.
I personally had a massage with Sit Tight Mobile Massage, and it was incredible. One of those sessions where you immediately know you're in experienced hands. The space felt calm, professional, and welcoming--exactly what you want when you're there to truly relax.
Beyond Studio A, the plaza itself feels almost never-ending in the best way. There's a Pilates studio nearby, a personal trainer, bodywork and massage practitioners, and as you walk further down, you'll find chiropractors, Reiki, dental offices, and more. It's a really impressive mix of services all in one tucked-away location.
And the courtyard--so cute. Peaceful, charming, and one of those hidden Tucson spaces you'd never know existed unless you wandered back there. Bonus points for being conveniently right next to Vitality Bowls, which makes it an easy stop before or after a session.
I'm already looking forward to going back and exploring more of the practitioners and suites within this plaza. If you love discovering local wellness spots and supporting small businesses, this place is absolutely worth a visit. read more
