What a unique and beautiful experience. It started with a nice hot sauna and sweat, then a cleaning with some salt scrub followed by a hot soak and then cold plunge soak, and then laying down on the amethyst crystal heating table. I loved my first visit here. I think I should have read up more about this place before I chose a 1-hour visit, because 1.5 hours would have been ideal. I really could have spent 2 hrs here though. :) What's even better is that you get to have the whole place to yourself! My husband and I are huge fans of the Japanese onsen, but it's really hard to come by places that offer a nice hot soak. Healing Spirit Soaks was a great experience for us. When we arrived for our reserved time, Brandi showed us the salt scrub tub, sauna, two hot soaking tubs, two cold plunges, and biomat. Shoes are not worn inside, so you can remove your socks and shoes in the changing area - there are also slippers, robes, and towels provided for you. Brandi also offers you a nice herbal tea or water. If you're not familiar with the whole soaking experience, Brandi will walk you through the steps of sauna first, salt scrub and rinse, then hot soak and cold plunge. This visit was extremely relaxing and tranquil, and it went by too fast. I was really sad to have to leave, but I'm definitely going to purchase a membership. I've been coming here for about 4 years now, I book a massage with Brandi each time and also do a combo package often of cold plunge, hot tub, sauna, biomat and massage. Took my wife here on a date after seeing a few reviews on Instagram and it definitely exceeded my expectations. There are multiple packages with different service combinations but we opted to get our feet wet with the one hour soak for two. Our hostess Brandi was super nice and gave a guided tour and instruction to set us up. We got to use a salt scrub, infrared sauna, cold plunge, mineral bath, and onsen style hot tub. It was super relaxing and helped my muscles recover from a tough night at a bad AirBnB. Healing Spirit Soaks has the quality of a high-end spa at prices normal people can afford. Such a beautiful, magical place! My sister-in-law & I were in from out of town, and we went today for the Rejuvenation for 2. It was such a perfect way to have some self-care and quality time together. Brandi gave us a warm welcome and a tour, gave us very clear guidance, and she was so nurturing. We started with the infrared sauna, which was sooo nice and relaxing. I didn't think I'd like the cold plunge, but the back-and-forth between the hot tubs and cold plunges were sooo what my nervous system needed, and it all felt so good. Brandi and Amber were our massage therapists, and omg going into a massage after the sauna & baths was ahhhhmazing. And then they topped it off with a personal sound bath. This wonderful place is worth every penny, and it is now going to be my favorite Tucson staple when I come to visit! read more

I visited Healing Spirit Soak for the first time today to receive a massage from Brandie. Upon arrival the space was welcoming with plants and prayer flags on the outside and a lush gift shop inside with healing herbs and crystals. Calming spa music plays in the background and the lighting is soft and warm. The back rooms are home to the wood hot tubs, copper tub for cold or herbal baths, massage tables, shower for body scrubs, and a private space for yoni steams and another private space for massage or acupuncture. Brandie offered me a cup of tea and I chose camomile. She cover the mug with a flat round crystal as it steeped. Because I was the only client there I was able to receive body work on the bio mat, which was heated and filled with amethyst crystals. I felt so safe and comfortable in the space during my treatment. Brandie held beautiful space for me during this session. I felt from her a sense of holistic feminine healing energy, a receptiveness to acupressure points and flow of connection between areas of my body. I was relaxed and revived at the same time. I would love to see myself coming here for regular sessions, and am already happily recommending my friends visit. It is with great delight that I give Healing Spirit Soak five stars. read more

I just had my first-ever soak experience with Brandi and it was amazing! The space was intimate and very quiet, and I never heard the traffic outside. I felt like I was transported to another time and place and I didn't want to leave. I received the infrared sauna, salt scrub, hot soak, cold plunge, and the amethyst biomat. Such a hidden Tucson gem!! I can't recommend this place enough! Whether you want to bring a friend or two for a relaxing afternoon, or it'd also be fun for a birthday or special occasion, it's a reasonable price for all that you get! Infrared sauna, salt body scrub, two wooden hot tubs (103 and 104 degrees), two cold plunges (one cold bath and one extra cold copper tub) and biomat (hard to find and many health benefits!). Plus the lobby has a uniquely curated gift shop (crystals, art, etc) and the staff is so friendly, welcoming and helpful. I'd give it more stars if I could. Big fan!!‍ read more

This place was so amazing! Very calm and peaceful environment and you get the best vibe there! There is a very nice changing room where you can store your things as well! A calm and secluded bathroom, a nice sauna, 2 cold plunge tubs, the big hot tub of course, a smaller version of a hot tub, and a nice warming bio mat! I cannot recommend this more! The owner that helped us was the sweetest and one of the most calm people I've met! Offered us tea and everything! I've never had plantar warts before I used this facility. Before the new owner took over, I soaked 3 different times over the years and never had any issues. Early this summer, I booked a soak for an hour and not 2 months later I ended up with 2 big plantar warts on my feet! I have not been anywhere other than my house without shoes or socks in over a year, so it is impossible to get them anywhere else. The worst part is, I let the current owner know and all she did was explain their cleaning process involves cleaning the floors with antibacterial agents. I'm not sure antibacterials are effective to combat the viruses on your floors... Don't come here unless you want warts! read more

This place is amazing. The owner has taken such care to create a healing oasis. We did a soak for two followed by massage. It was bliss!

What a hidden gem, so glad I discovered this beautiful little sanctuary. The owner has put her heart and soul into this place, peaceful and serene with so many little touches throughout. I did the Soak package which consisted of a hot sauna, CBD infused body scrub, hot and cold soaks (wonderful) and relaxed on the heated Biomat which was heavenly.
