I have gone to many, many massage therapists over the past 40 years looking for relief from neck and back pain caused by a car accident. Lara's Thai massage is the only massage (the only treatment actually!) that gives me more than temporary relief, my body is actually healing. I've noticed two main differences in Lara's bodywork that I think give me lasting benefits. First, she is dialed in during the entire massage and she works in response to whatever is going on in my body at the time. Other massage therapists tend to have routines for each part of the body that allow them to check out during a massage.
