My favorite place to practice yoga in Tucson. Cute space and Nychole always makes the class fun and inclusive for all levels.

Ok so anyone who knows me would know I love yoga & I'm everywhere. That being said , this place…read moredidn't hit for me even though it checked some of the things on my list that usually make me fall in love with a studio. I came in to do a double class drop in , vinyasa- hot & vinyasa warm with soundbath . Overall it's not going to be on my top10 places to yoga out here but I may be back for another class one day it's not terrible, just doesn't come close to some of the yoga experiences I've had in town. PROS ; Heated classes Affordable $9 drop in Mirrors Ambient dark lighting Friendly instructors Mats available to borrow no charge Cute location I actually learned a couple new posture terms! CONS ; both classes were so slowwwww (should be labeled as slow flow not vinyasa ) I like it hotter & faster for vinyasa Parking - sucks Music was so low for both classes I could barely hear it , turn it up ! Instructors teach facing you so you have a hard time following when you start twisting and all the things , I prefer instructors who teach facing the mirror the same direction as students . ROACHES - yep borrowed a studio mat and a fricken roach fell out... not a great first impression. Took a minute to shake that off ewww. During soundbath instructor opened door , It's 4th so it's loud and distracting outside . It would have been nice to just have it closed.

This was my first time at this stupid and I had a great experience! The space is inviting and cute…read more- and the yoga room in back is surprisingly large! Judie led us through a fantastic and thoughtful vinyasa flow. I will say, the front room was warm with the late summer heat, but the studio room was nice and cool - so don't let that deter you!

Consistently excellent yoga classes. My favorite yoga studio in Tucson. They offer a good variety…read moreof classes to fit every need. I particularly like instructors Tiffany Georgia, Gabrielle Pietrangelo, and Lyndi Rivers. Good size yoga room and diverse group of students.

I didn't come here for yoga, but for the Sunday night Sanga group. I had heard about this group for…read morequite some time, but found that I was not attracted to the meditation hour: the group meets beginning at 7 p.m. on a Sunday. Considering I work Mondays through Fridays and keep very busy weekday hours, I like to use my Sunday evenings for preparing for the week. But I opted to go, wanting to learn about the group's members and share in their ritual meditation. I must offer a disclaimer: In my meditation practice, I prefer non-guided meditations, or silent sits. It's just a personal preference. The meditation portion was not guided -- we received an introduction and sat silently for a half hour. I enjoyed that part. Then we did a walking meditation in which there also was no talking. I had not done a walking meditation before. I enjoyed it and loved how it brought my attention very purposefully back to my environment, to myself and to the person walking before me and the person walking behind me. That was quite lovely, and challenging at times. The group then moved into the reflection period, during which people were allowed to share thoughts, ideas, perspectives, experiences and resources or whatever else. There was no dialogue, just sharing. This seemed to take up a substantial part of the time. In all, I very much enjoyed the group. The space is nice. Very linear and, on this summer night, was very hot. The fans overhead were going at full speed, but it was still somewhat uncomfortable. Also about the space, I love the flooring. It's a beautiful design and has a yield that is ever so slight. It feels wonderful to the touch of the hands or the feet. And I appreciate that the studio offers blankets, mats and pillows.

Don't be fooled by this nondescript strip mall yoga studio, inside you wild find a lot more!…read more I took a hot yoga class and loved the teacher's descriptive pace, the low lighting of the room, and the perfectly sweatable heat (and the refreshing cool air during shavasana when the teacher cracked the door open). I signed up for unlimited two weeks of classes for $20, a deal even for this typically affordable town. The staff was friendly and answered all of my questions. If you are new to hot yoga it seemed like they were ready to go into a bit of an introduction, but since I shared that I have a lot of experience they quickly moved on and had me on my way. My favorite part was at the end of the class when we were all given cold towels with peppermint essentials oils; I laid mine on my face during shavasana and then wiped down my face, neck, and arms for a refreshing drive home. The bathrooms have showers if that's more convenient.

The staff is Always so friendly - from the front desk to the instructors. The floor is mopped immediately after every class. Hint: They periodically offer 20% discounts on their packages. They're at random times of the year but always around TGiving and their studio's anniversary (whose date naturally escapes me at the moment). One of the things that has really made me loyal is their Instagram yoga feeds during Covid. They're entirely free. I donated a little while back and would encourage all to do so via their web page to help support these volunteer instructors! Namaste :)
