They start you slow - classes aren't always at a consistent level- I wish they were but new people come along and the teacher is pretty good about helping them and keeping others going too. Classes are good deal. Reformers, chairs, matt classes-- slower and more basic- which is good if you have never had a Pilates class. You learn the micro moves and good form. WIsh they had more aerobic choices. All in all- worth driving East for!
