This was the best mani and pedi service I've ever gotten! It was really relaxing and the massages that came with it felt so nice. Far too expensive, got a rebase with gel for 50$, every other place it's 35. My nails look awful, she fixed three of my nails and they look nothing like my other nails, she put so many layers of matte top coat on my nails they are no longer black they're dusty gray. They're way too short and my cuticles look worse than when I came in...she glued under my nails and the glue is stick to my skin, when she tried to get it off my skin she stabbed me with the cuticle cutter. When I asked her to round under my nails I left with them flat. I'll never be coming back and I suggest anyone who is thinking of coming here goes to lush instead. Ask for anyone and your nails will look 100 times better than mine do now. So disappointed I got this awful set right before Christmas and New Years. I started coming here because it is close to home. I keep coming back because I always have a great experience. My hands and feet were a wreck. The techs here took the time to get my hands and feet looking and feeling amazing. The good conversations and friendly interactions are part of this great spa. Leo, the new owner, makes you feel welcome and important. I love that I don't feel like I am on an assembly line. You can tell when someone cares about the person and not just the cash register. This place has gone really down hill since all the nail techs left. It looks like they hired a new nail tech (she's very nice) but the owner is too cheap. I walked in and the nail tech was sitting on her phone and asked what I wanted. I asked to get my nails taken off and have a top coat put on and she said to sign in and she would do it, then the owner came up and was like no we don't have time and told me to leave. There was literally no one there and they weren't doing anything when I walked in?? I used to put up w/him stopping my manicures in the past to answer phone calls (one time he stopped 7 times to answer his cell phone while he was doing my nails) but I'm starting to think this is just a really bad business. The staff was friendly and the technique for manicure and pedicure was fine. However, I cannot recommend this nail salon until they make changes so customers can see and know that tools are clean. For my pedicure, the nail clippers, cuticle pusher, and cuticle trimmer were pulled out of a drawer at the foot station. After she was done, the tools all went went right back into the same drawer with no cleansing. For my manicure, the same - all metal tools were pulled from the drawer and put back into the same drawer. As I was having my fingernails painted, a gentleman employee carried the metal tools from one customer over to the sink, hand washed them, dried them on a cloth from the counter, and then put them into a bag that made the tools look like they came from a fresh sanitization - but they were just rinsed with water! He immediately took them to a new customer and began using them. I will look on the Boulder County health department web site for a way to report this practice - this shop is putting customers at risk of fungal, viral, or bacterial skin infections. read more

I'm very disappointed with my experience with the owner. I have made multiple appointments and upon showing up, I am asked to wait or come back later. This most recent mishap - today- is the most frustrating. I walked in to schedule my appointment for this morning's yesterday. he told me they opened at 10:30 but I got there promptly at 10:30 and four women were already getting pedicures. I asked him what the point of scheduling an appointment was and he went on some tirade about how he's shorthanded. That does not explain the situation whatsoever. I will be finding myself another nail salon, preferably one that values their clients time. read more

Purchased the basic mani/pedi package. Everyone was very nice and friendly. They offer you a complimentary drink - including wine! The atmosphere was very calming - and this is with me going on a Saturday. The manager was very attentive - constantly making sure that those who were waiting didn't have to wait long, ensured that the nail technicians knew what services the customers wanted, and that everyone was comfortable. Everything was clean and seemed newly updated. Loved that the foot tubs were covered in plastic and that everyone wore gloves while cleaning the customers feet. My nail technician was Tony - he was great! He paid attention to detail. I'm very happy with how my nails came out. My mani and pedi were completed separately (someone wasn't doing my nails at the same time as my toes). I prefer it this way as I am a stay at home mom and look forward to a pampering experience that isn't rushed. There is an area to dry your nails under blue light. I'm mentioning this because I've been to a few salons where this isn't available. All in all I highly recommend! read more

Came here for the first time today, saw the place had good reviews... but was less than impressed.

Today my 5 year old daughter and I went in to get pedicures. Let me start by saying, " don't do that" because they wanted my daughter to sit by herself in a chair and not on my lap. My daughter was scared and didn't want to so I placed her on my lap and they started talking amongst themselves in a language that I obviously didn't know and then left us there in the chair for 10 minutes and took other walk ins and started them before us. Then Andy comes over and doesn't once look in my eyes or say hi or anything. He just started grabbing my feet and tapping where he wanted the next one. The only time he said a word or looked at us in the eyes was when he snapped at my daughter and told her to be still. She was being perfectly still but since he didn't even look up he didn't know it was the vibrating on the massaging chair. I was so upset and Mimi the owner comes over and says he doesn't have patience for kids. It was so uncomfortable and Andy's behavior was so inappropriate. And then...... I was asked to pay the full price of our services even know it was very obvious that Andy upset my daughter and I think he watched the tv above my head more than looked at my feet. He was so aggressive and angry. It was a awful experience that I paid 36$ for today at this salon and I would not go there if I were you. read more

I went there for my first ever set of acrylic nails. The owner did my nails and was slapping my hands to "relax" and was visibly annoyed. This continued during the entire session. He was flicking my fingers away and rolling his eyes. I felt awkward and uncomfortable as I tried to do what he was asking. My two daughters were in 2 other chairs so I couldn't just walk out. When he cut me with his nail sander he told me it was my fault as I moved my hand. I left a tip as a courtesy to the 2 other technicians but we will never be back. read more

They didn't care about getting my nails done half of them are crooked and I repeatedly asked them to fix it. Then they put the wrong color not the one I asked for and tried to tell em it was the color I picked. I would not recommend going here all they want is to get as many people in an out of their doors unless you're a regular they don't care about your nails. read more

I have been to this nail salon several times. I called this morning, the owner answered, and I booked a 2pm appointment. It's my day off work so I was hustling to fit it in during a day full of tasks. When I arrived, there were 3 people waiting and all 4 technicians were busy helping other customers. I was seated at a chair and at 2:20, I mentioned I had a 2pm appointment and asked when someone would be available. The owner snapped back that one of the ladies was almost finished (which she wasn't) and then proceeded to state, "If you don't want to wait, you can go for a walk or go home." The technician assisting the woman in the chair next to me said, "Don't worry about him," clearly trying to soften the blow of such a rude comment. I sat there a few minutes just taking in the level of disrespectfulness...truly shocking. I came to the conclusion that I can no longer, in good conscience, support a business that clearly has no respect for my time AND with an owner who basically told me to take a hike if I speak up to keep to the schedule we agreed upon. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Please do no go here is you are looking for a pleasant experience. *** The nail tech was rough, really really rough. And more than once I had to ask her to stop. She kept saying 'I just doing my job". or "It not hurt, it tickle!". The way she filed was painful and she used the callous instrument like a cheese grater.....she was not gentle at all and would not listen to my concerns. ***The instruments are filthy. They do not appear to be sterilized since the nail tech pulled them out out of a plastic bin with a bunch of other stuff in there. The tech actually rinsed off one of the instruments she used on me IN THE WATER that my feet were soaking in!!!! She dunked it in the water, dried it off and put it in the bin. Yuck! ***The plastic bins that they use to transport the supplies are filthy. Crud all over the top. ***When I sat down in the chair to begin my pedi, the towel that she was going to use was dirty and looked like it had been used on a customer before me. I should have walked out and wished I would have. After she put the final coat of polish on, she just walked away. I never saw her again! Left me in the chair. I sat there waiting for her to come back to check my toes, or give me flip flops so I could leave, but she never did. I leaned over opened a drawer on a cabinet next to me, got my own flip flips, put them on and left! Do NOT GO Here!!! read more

Took my daughter here before prom. They shaped some nails one way and others another. By the time they were done shaping there was nothing left in length although she had spent time growing them out. We brought our own polish but my 11 year old could have done a better job painting and paid way to much for what turned out to only be a shaping and paint job. Too it off when got home and ended up painting ourselves. We did a much better job. read more

I am not impressed. I went in today to get my nails done for prom tomorrow night. I wanted a manicure where they'd file my nails to the same length, shape them the same, and paint them. I get in there and get seated. My tech doesn't even bother trying making conversation with me which I should've taken as a sign. He starts working and finishes filing and shaping one hand. When he moves on to the next I look at my hand and see that three of my nails are squared and two are rounded. The same happens on the other hand. I ask him to fix them and he looks bewildered that they were wrong. So he shapes them all the same, but now they're all different lengths, bumpy and uneven, and way shorter than they were when I came in. In addition, they're only have cut meaning that there was still a layer of flimsy nail beneath what they filed. It chipped off when I went to go wash my hand and I had to prompt them to fix it. They painted my nails and later assured me that they were dry, but when I put my hand in my pocket to get my car keys, the paint wrinkled and bubbles later appeared. Now I have to go home and fix them myself. I am not impressed and would not recommend anyone going here, least of all of you have an important event coming up. read more

Little Bumps were underneath polish, & was told it was because I moved & then someone else finished up & said they needed to power buff it off & they just can't do what the customer wants or asks. You either like what they do & how they do it or you go somewhere else. That's practically a word for word quote. Then she literally tried to tell me what to I could say in the review. i went to get a pedicure and manicure done sunday the day before halloween. the lady who did my pedicure was amazing no complaints however the gentleman who did my manicure was clearly in a rush. he did not level out my nails and you can see old chunks from my last set underneath this new set, he did not do my cuticles, when he asked a length he completely ignored my request and cut them super short, when i was setting my nails in the little dryer i noticed the old chunks from my last set and asked about my cuticles and which he said he would have to redo the whole set which i did not have time for because i was already there 3+ hours. today wednesday only three days later one nail split across the entire top and one nail is coming off/popping from the bottom/side. i tried to call and ask if they could repair the one nail for free due to the rushed job and the lady refused to help me and hung up on me as i was explaining what happened. overall very unprofessional read more

I've been here before and had decent service but this time I went in she filed the fake nails shorter than I had asked so I told her to redo them and she rolled her eyes and told me it was the length I wanted (which is was not). Throughout the rest of the time she buffed my real nails so thin that now I only have that thin layer of my nails. The painting job was awful and a few nails were uneven even after I pointed it out to the technician. Once my appointment was over she overcharged me $15 dollars for a horrible new set of nails. Overall I would not recommend it here because as well as my awful experience, there was a line for getting nails done at the front and some of the technicians were just sitting in the massage chairs eating and on their phones. Sadly disappointed. Made an appointment with the owner, Mimi, and had to wait 20+ minutes. Plus she had to get up in the middle of my service and go wax someone else. Then she stopped and ran out the front door because she thought a customer was leaving.....seriously...... I asked for french shellac and she proceeded to do some dipping powder technique on me telling me how much better it is for my nails and how long it will last. Skeptical but none the less she had already started. The kicker was at the end when she told me it was $52 instead of the $31ish I usually pay for shellac. What???? and the color is no where near a french...it looks like someone puked pink on my nails. Yes, it's lasting longer but that's because its probably an acrylic that they just dip your (and everyone else's) finger into a jar. Not once was I asked to go wash my hands before or after the whole process. There was no manicure or relaxing part of any of this experience last week. The place was not clean either....a shame because I think they put a lot of money into it when they bought it about a year or 2 ago. This was not my first visit there but done with the "making an appointment" that they never honor....just herd them in and take it or leave it. I'll go somewhere else from now on. read more
