I made my usual near hour-long drive to get there, only to find the doors locked and the place completely dark. When I called to ask what was going on, I was casually told they had moved to Woodland Hills. No heads-up when I booked. No mention during the confirmation call that morning. No email, text, or phone call beforehand to inform long-standing clients of a location change. To make matters worse, they couldn't accommodate or adjust my appointment, forcing me to turn around and drive an hour right back home. Two hours wasted because of gross negligence. Leaving a 20-year client standing outside a locked door after confirming their appointment that very morning is an astounding level of disrespect and incompetence. Not a single person has reached out since to apologize or attempt to make this right. It is pathetic that twenty years of loyalty ends this way, but after being treated like an afterthought, I will not be returning. I was equally pleased that Nora was still working as a hairdresser as well as Cassandra Skin Care still operating inside. Appointments are made by telephone and masked patrons may not enter until their specific appointment time. While I'm not familiar with all the working cosmetologists I did see that there was another patron very pleased with her manicure In progress. Nora was able to give me an excellent cut working with what was initially a disaster and with separate appointment, Cassandra (Cassandra Skin Care) did a fabulous job on these old squirrelly brows! I wanted something red and brown but nothing too crazy. I wanted my hair too look like one color in low lighting, but some different out or with more lighting. I wasn't sure if I wanted red highlights with brown or vise versa. I already had some color and highlights on my hair so it was suggested that would still be able to get the look by mixing the two colors I wanted. She was right and it came out great! :) I love how I can see the pop of colors when I'm out during the day. :) I almost forgot to mention who I met with. Hair stylist Madonna - great customer service and very helpful with my color suggestions. The rest of the staff were also very nice and inviting. The salon has made some upgrades from the last time I was there and it's looking really nice! More upgrades to come and I'm really looking forward to it. I recommend this salon. It's nice, the price is right, and plenty of parking spaces. :)

The whole time I was on the chair getting my hair done she kept on nagging on how she should charge me more because how many foils she is putting in my hair. Sooo unprofessional please refrain from going to her unless you want to have 2 different hair color highlights.
