I went in last week to get a pedicure and I had gel nail over a month long which were almost off no nail. I asked to remove my nail polish and cut cuticle. I got this and a gel pedicure. I usually get gel nail gel pedicure and eyebrows and my total is the most I've paid 112. This time I went in I got charge 100 for gel pedicure and remove my nail polish. The owner was not in this day as I normally pay with her, there's was a new lady and both the lady that charged me and another lady were confused on what to charge me. Overall I was charged 100 dollars for gel pedicure and remove my nail polish and cut cuticle when other times I've got more than this. I asked the lady why so much she explained the service and at this point I was already upset that I just paid and left. I was overcharged and the amounts do not match to what I normally pay for more than what I got this day.

During my appointment, I was cut and injured while getting my nails done, and my finger became swollen afterward. Me and my friend were both hurt during the service, yet instead of slowing down and properly addressing what happened, the service felt rushed and careless. What was especially disappointing was the lack of professionalism and transparency throughout the appointment. I feel that we were treated poorly despite being injured during the service. I take situations like this seriously, especially when a customer is injured during a cosmetic service. Because of my experience, I will be contacting the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology to report what happened and have the matter properly reviewed. I have never had an experience like this at a nail salon, and unfortunately, I will not be returning. I hope the salon takes this feedback seriously and makes sure future customers are treated with much more care, professionalism, and transparency. Vibes was not good.

I came in for a basic pedicure ($33), and the service was rushed from start to finish--even though the salon wasn't busy. The technician skipped basic steps, like filing one of my feet, which left my nails uneven. I had to ask for additional trimming, and she seemed annoyed by it. I was also pushed to upgrade to a $38 For a 6 min foot massage. 3 min on each foot. Really! I declined, and after that the service felt even more rushed and careless. This isn't about extras I just expect the basics to be done properly. If a technician doesn't want to perform a service, I'd rather be told that upfront than receive a rushed, incomplete job. Very disappointing, especially since I know they can do better. I'll give it one more try, but if this is the level of service going forward, I won't be back. Just because I'm a man & do not spend hundreds of dollars on my nails does it mean the service should be lacking. Also, the language barrier hurts since they don't speak English. It's hard to ask for what you want, but they know the word "tip" DO BETTER!

Employees began arriving right at opening time, and at that point there were already three customers waiting with only two employees available. We asked how long the wait might be because I didn't want my husband stuck sitting around unnecessarily, but no one could give us an answer. As we were preparing to leave, another employee arrived and the focus suddenly shifted to helping us while another customer was left waiting. By that point, the relaxing experience we had hoped for was already gone. The third employee who arrived also gave me attitude when asking about the manicures we had scheduled. I mentioned we could skip them if they were short-staffed, and her response came across as, "Do you want them or not?" because they would need to call additional employees in. If appointments are scheduled in advance, it seems reasonable to expect the salon to be prepared. This was our first visit and, unfortunately, it will be our last based on the experience alone. The woman who did my nails was very kind and did a good job -- she is the main reason I gave more than one star. Another disappointment was that my husband's manicure didn't even begin until both of my services were completely finished, despite us booking appointments together. Lastly, the salon was very warm with no air conditioning running. I can only imagine how uncomfortable it would be during a hot summer day.
