We had such a great experience with Johnnee at Studio 7! After contacting a few companies, we decided to go with Johnnee because he was very quick with his response and offered an excellent price. There was a small delay in getting the vinyl in, but Johnnee informed me right away. On the day of the installation of our custom vinyl decal, Johnnee and his team member were very meticulous and took careful time getting the logo to be straight and centered. I wasn't there, but my husband told me that they had to reposition it a few times to get it right. I really like that, since I'm super OCD and a perfectionist. Thank you Johnnee for being so easy to work with and very professional. We highly recommend Studio 7 and would be back again! P.s. I was able to pay with a credit card which is super awesome! read more

Been working with studio 7 for couple of years now. From printing stickers to having shirts made. They are a place to go to get your stuff done. Fast and efficient. They get things done on time and ask you if you need it in a certain amount of time. Good people to deal with. Pricing is great too. Wing and Johnny are very helpful. Willing to stay alittle longer if you are behind schedule in picking up after 7. read more

I pass here all the time exiting 10 West on Fremont. Finally needed some graphic designs and some printing. Came in for an inquiry and was greeted by a guy name Johnny. He immediately greeted and helped me out which is a plus (been to other shops where I just get ignored or rushed to buy something). In the end got my business cards and logo designed and ordered my cards. When I picked them up the quality showed in the detail of the prints. Friendly and helpful service matched with quality designs and best prices around means this shop deserves 5 stars! P.S. to car enthusiast like myself, this is a good spot to get your team stickers and banners made read more

Never pick up the phone, even left several messages, not sure what's the point offer voicemail. Also emailed, no response. Super disappointed. Then seeing all the high reviews on yelp; tried again, definitely doesn't meet up the standard, poor service!!! Not recommended and will never use them again. read more

Call many times,no body ever pick up the phone. Then went to the store and told me to make an appointment....worst place ever

Walked in today and received TERRIBLE customer service. Walked in without a greeting from several people people who just turned and looked at me ...just stood there for several minutes before a woman finally came out and "helped" me. She was totally clueless and had no answers of her own; she had to turn and ask the guys ( who just stared at me when I walked in) for information. Btw, scheduling an appointment to "see if they'll even take my job" is hilarious....gtfo!! Took my business to Alternative Source Printing where I received PROFESSIONAL customer service. Studio Seven lost a good job. read more

I came in but I didn't get anything here but I spoke to Wing about opening a business. He listened and was straight forward and told me he wouldn't be the best help with my case but was able to put me in touch with Johnny at their other location who was more knowledgeable. He called Johnny and was able to put us in touch and I was still able to work with the company but his professional response and actions made me want to leave this review. Very friendly guy. Thanks Wing! read more

Jay and Johnny are so kind and helpful. Got my business cards from them. Gonna recommend to all my coworkers.

When I first got my sign installed, I told Johnny that I was finishing up an industry designation and that I would probably need my sign modified in a few months. He assured me it would be no problem and that I would get a steep discount on it as a repeat customer. Low and behold, 4 and a half months later and Johnny made good on his word. I just got my door sign updated and could not be happier with the results. I really cannot say enough about Johnny and his crew here. Will be coming back for any future needs. Highly recommended!! read more

Placed an order for 1700 tshirts for screen printing. 4 colors in the front and one color in the back. The design, I thought was complicated. I just gave them the design and they did all the art work and set up. The price quoted is very fair with no hidden fees. Straight forward pricing. Johnny and his crew got it back in my hands in 5 business days. This is why I go there because I knew they can complete the order with quality. See you guys in 6 months for another run!!!! read more

I'm really surprised about how bad of an experience I had at this place. I came here specifically because I saw so many good reviews on Yelp. I came in to have an arcade cabinet vinyl wrapped. The first time I went in (about 11am) I made arrangements for the owner (he was not in the shop at the time) to come to my house to look at the size of my arcade because obviously it is hard to move. I was told to stay home and someone would come by. By 3pm I hadn't heard anything from them so I called to make sure they were still coming and asked for them to call me when they were coming. They told me they will let me know when they can come by. Still have not received a call from them at all. What a waste of a day. Fast forward to today. I went in to the shop when they opened and the owner once again was not there. Talked to an employee. When I told him what was going on he said "Oh ya. We are busy." Well ok I guess you were too busy to pick up a phone and let me know that no one was going to show up. So I ended up talking to him about pricing of wrapping my arcade and when I asked if it could be vinyl wrapped he responded by telling me "Well why don't you just paint it." WHAT?! Seriously!? I'm asking you to do a job for me and that is your response! That is just ridiculous! I would have been fine with them telling me they could not do it. Or even that they were too busy at the time. But to set something up and make me waste my whole day waiting, that just sucks. Then to get no kind of apology or any thing even hinting that they care or feel bad I wasted my day and they never contacted me is just plain rude. I still am in disbelief that I was told to "just paint it." That's the worst customer service I think I have ever received. I definitely will not be coming back here. I hope other people see this before they go in. Be warned that customer service here sucks. These people are an unorganized mess who just like to jerk you around and make you waste your time. I can't really review their work because unfortunately I never got the chance to even see any of it which is a shame because I had 3 arcades and a car I wanted wrapped. I was really excited to get it all done thru them, but now I am kind of happy that I just don't have to deal with them anymore. read more
