We had such a great experience with Johnnee at Studio 7! After contacting a few companies, we decided to go with Johnnee because he was very quick with his response and offered an excellent price. There was a small delay in getting the vinyl in, but Johnnee informed me right away. On the day of the installation of our custom vinyl decal, Johnnee and his team member were very meticulous and took careful time getting the logo to be straight and centered. I wasn't there, but my husband told me that they had to reposition it a few times to get it right. I really like that, since I'm super OCD and a perfectionist. Walked in today and received TERRIBLE customer service. Walked in without a greeting from several people people who just turned and looked at me ...just stood there for several minutes before a woman finally came out and "helped" me. She was totally clueless and had no answers of her own; she had to turn and ask the guys ( who just stared at me when I walked in) for information. Btw, scheduling an appointment to "see if they'll even take my job" is hilarious....gtfo!! Took my business to Alternative Source Printing where I received PROFESSIONAL customer service. Was trying to get t shirts printed but didn't have a printed copy of the picture we wanted. We wanted a picture of out tattoo on our shirt and we were in a rush. I'm really surprised about how bad of an experience I had at this place. I came here specifically because I saw so many good reviews on Yelp. I came in to have an arcade cabinet vinyl wrapped. The first time I went in (about 11am) I made arrangements for the owner (he was not in the shop at the time) to come to my house to look at the size of my arcade because obviously it is hard to move. I was told to stay home and someone would come by. By 3pm I hadn't heard anything from them so I called to make sure they were still coming and asked for them to call me when they were coming. They told me they will let me know when they can come by. Still have not received a call from them at all. What a waste of a day. Fast forward to today. I went in to the shop when they opened and the owner once again was not there. Talked to an employee. When I told him what was going on he said "Oh ya. We are busy." Well ok I guess you were too busy to pick up a phone and let me know that no one was going to show up. So I ended up talking to him about pricing of wrapping my arcade and when I asked if it could be vinyl wrapped he responded by telling me "Well why don't you just paint it." WHAT?! Seriously!? I'm asking you to do a job for me and that is your response! That is just ridiculous! I would have been fine with them telling me they could not do it. Or even that they were too busy at the time. But to set something up and make me waste my whole day waiting, that just sucks. Then to get no kind of apology or any thing even hinting that they care or feel bad I wasted my day and they never contacted me is just plain rude. I still am in disbelief that I was told to "just paint it." That's the worst customer service I think I have ever received. I definitely will not be coming back here. I hope other people see this before they go in. Be warned that customer service here sucks. These people are an unorganized mess who just like to jerk you around and make you waste your time. I can't really review their work because unfortunately I never got the chance to even see any of it which is a shame because I had 3 arcades and a car I wanted wrapped. I was really excited to get it all done thru them, but now I am kind of happy that I just don't have to deal with them anymore. read more
