Jen, the owner, is a very nice and attentive person who takes the time to get to know, and remember, her clients. Her employees are the same. They don't spend all their time chatting with family and friends, or on cellphones. There's no television to distract them from taking care of you. This salon has several different beds from basic to mega, ultra, and even Mystic HD. They provide goggles in every booth (in case you don't have, or forgot yours), as well as personal wipes and hand sanitizer. There is a nice selection of bronzers and lotions to purchase at reasonable prices. She offers many choices on tan pricing: weekly, monthly, a la carte, etc. plus a rotating assortment of monthly specials, all with no pressure to buy something you don't want or need. They offer appointments, and if you're going on vacation or whatever, just let her know and she'll extend your membership. What I like best of all, however, is the cleanliness of the booths. The rugs are cleaned and serviced by Aramark. You're not likely to get athletes foot here, as you are in some other tanning places. She is also open on Sunday's and most holidays.

I received FIVE phone calls over the course of weeks leading up to my appt asking me to reschedule. And I'm not talking 5 calls because they couldn't reach me! Nope. I called back each and every time to acquiesce to their ever-increasing demands- up until the last call, which came a day before my (rescheduled, rescheduled, rescheduled) appt. I couldn't return that one in time. My mind was truly boggled at how --even after I expressed consternation that any business could be run this poorly and treat customers this badly -- the calls just kept coming. How hard is it to offer someone an appt time and stick to it? My dentist, doctor, OB, allergy specialist, hair stylist, and mechanic do it all the time **** As an update to my review 12/01/24**** The owner, Jenna, reached out to me, with the same message she has posted below. I responded that that was an interesting take on the situation. I had even explained to this salon that I want a hairstylist similar to the Master colorist I had at Ulta. This salon lied and told me that they do have a master colorist and an experienced hairstylist. The hairstylist I got was a very young lady who only had 2 years of experience of being a hairstylist and who did not know what she was doing. Not only did she not wash my hair, properly (after putting the color on me), but then she also did not even colored all of my roots (as I had specified in my initial phone call with the salon). I had mentioned all of my concerns to this front desk lady, who was smirking and giggling silently. Nobody was concerned enough to talk to me as a paying customer and it was very obvious that they only care about getting money. The owner of the place did not talk to me, at all.
