Sara sat down with me first and made sure she knew what I wanted. Then she washed my hair and gave me an awesome scalp massage. My haircut turned out great! She paid so much attention to detail with my hair and made sure to ask questions along the way to make sure I was getting what I wanted. She really took her time and didn't rush me along just because I had a coupon like some places do. Took about an hour and a half with the hair drying and I have long hair. Highly suggest checking this place out!

I went to get my lashes done the first time and immediately as I got there she just kept making some type of excuse that she needs to take more time on my lashes which will make her "charge me more" for extra time. Like how does that make sense and then the whole time she kept saying I was wasting her time and somehow at the end she ends up finishing quicker. When it came to payment she kept trying to find ways to charge me more for random things like "price difference" or something but I literally paid more than the advertised price on Groupon. The lashes looked actually pretty decent so I ignored her behavior and scheduled again for a refill. Mind you I came back for a refill a week and a half later when it was originally booked for 3 weeks out. So I came in and told her that some of them fell out and to refill it and she was saying that there was barely any lashes that she's going to have to charge me for a full set again. I'm just like whatever at this point and then she's like well I don't have time for a full set so I ask if she can just do what she can in the 45 minutes that I am booked for. Then I get a call while she's touching the lashes and it was a quick 2 second call saying I'm getting my lashes done and I hung up and then she turns off the light and stands up and asks if I'm done and says I am wasting her time -again! I was like ok it's fine I'll just leave then. Now you have no customer, no pay, and a free 45 minutes now! Congrats! Worst service ever. Please don't even bother. Super sketchy, scamming, and disrespectful at the same time. Pick one.

Bad on me. Once I did called and said, just go ahead and cancel I haven't been in for months and months and months. They said oh well you have to pay everything that the card would have charged which was 12 spray tans. So I said fine cancel my membership and I will use the 12 and pay it up which was over $100. They said we can't do that. you can't use the 12 and have a cancelled the membership. So I said fine I will keep the membership, pay it up, and use of the tans. I went in today and my membership was canceled and 12 tans are gone. so I paid over $100 for one tan. This place is a scam.
